Well done, Condor! This knife came out of the box, sharp. The overall quality of workmanship was excellent. Before buying the knife, I researched the grind. While many listed it as a hollow grind, the photos looked like more of a scandi grind. After receiving the knife, it was in fact a full and true scandi grind with 0 degree bevel—Very nice. The spine of the knife is sharp, even though it doesn’t look like it in photos, and very capable of scraping a ferro rod. Additionally, I tried to feather some red oak I had lying around, and the knife blew through the wood like a hot knife through butter. Overall, I really love this knife and plan on taking it with me as my primary blade during my daily hiking and trekking trips.

This is a beautiful, well-made, robust knife by Condor. The native American details in the wood (turquoise stone), & the leather sheath are awesome. The shape of the blade is inspired by original Black-Feet native knives, for whom turquoise stones were sacred, totemic, and good luck talismans for hunting. The steel 1095 used gets and retains amazing sharpness, but it will rust in humid environments, so constant oiling and keeping it dry is a must. To me, this is one of the most beautiful knives I have in my collection. Outstanding condor!

All in all, if you are looking for a field knife, this is a nice stylish choice. Real leather, real wooden handle and quality blade. I have been using it for about a month now and it has worked great for everything from food prep to camp duties.

This is an awesome knife I would not pass it up. It came somewhat sharp out of the box and was able too get it razor sharp with ease. It has a hearty feel to it and is very comfortable to use and hold. It’s a beautiful well made knife and as always with condor the sheath is top quality as I said before don’t pass this knife up

So I can live with a scratch but it was dull, okay I sharpened it up, did not keep. Not impressed. Was given as a gift so I am stuck with it. Wished I rec'd an ESEE, they are far better - these are cheap knives - you get what you pay for.

This comes with me camping, fishing and pretty much anything outdoors! Best knife, just be sure to oil and take care of it... It will take care of you! Condor forever!

Lieferzeit war etwas über eine 1 Woche, was ungewöhnlich lang ist für Amazon, es war aber keine prime-Lieferung und ich wusste im Vorraus, dass die Lieferung etwas dauern würde.Das Messer selbst hat die erhoffte Qualität, kam sicher verpackt und auch die Scheide aus Leder ist super. Scheide und Messer soltlen gepflegt werden mit entsprechenden Ölen und auch der Griff des Messers sollte nicht unbehandelt bleiben, was aber jedem klar sein sollte, der eine Lederscheide, ein nicht-rostfreies Messer mit Holzgriff bestellt. Ich bin begeistert von der Optik und Haptik. Die Schärfe ist von Haus aus gut und man kann sehr gut Holz schnitzen oder auch Obst und Fleisch. Batonnieren, also schwere Outdoorarbeiten würde ich meiden, dafür gibt es besser geeignete Messer. Trotzdem gehört es zu meinen absoluten Lieblingen, da die Optik einfach überragend schön ist.
