I’m a medical resident with brutal 14–28 hour shifts, and this is part of my survival pack (featured in the photo here). It’s the perfect combo of creamy, chocolate-hazelnut goodness and crunchy, satisfying carbs. Basically dessert disguised as a snack.Convenient? Absolutely. Each pack is grab-and-go, and fits in my scrubs pocket or bag. Pro tip: don’t let anything sharp jab into the foil seal or you’ll end up with a Nutella crime scene in your backpack. Learned that the hard way. Once.And once — I kid you not — I gave up my Nutella to help a child take his meds. His mom said the only way he’d take them was if we dipped the pills in Nutella. So I handed mine over without a second thought. Totally worth it. (He took the meds.)If that’s not a testament to how good this stuff is, I don’t know what is.
