I have 2 sinks in one house and 1 sink in another. Fortunately it fit the sink I intended it for. I first checked it out in the other 2 sinks and in one kitchen sink the fit was too tight. It actually didn't fit at all, maybe 1/8" to large. In the other sink it had too much play, like maybe1/4" side to side slop. So kitchen sink drains aren't as standard as I thought.In the intended sink it fits nicely and does a good job of catching food debris. Anything that passes through will not be a problem for my plumbing nor my septic tank. I like that it is recessed without a lip that blocks food from entering the drain. it is easy to clean.

I never thought I’d be writing a review about a sink strainer basket, but here I am… I love this strainer!!! I hated pulling out the old metal one and cleaning it because it was so gross yet to be done. This silicone one couldn’t be easier, there it sits in the bottom of my sink easily gathering whatever food particles I create from our daily meals and it’s like it speaks to me saying “go ahead, empty me into the garbage, it won’t be gross” and it’s not! The stuff slides out with a little tap and you’re done. It sits evenly in the drain and collects way more stuff than the metal basket ever did. It’s one of the best things I bought myself to make life easier.

I have never had a kitchen sink drain catcher that works as well as this one. Easy to remove and clean and even with food scraps in it is still drains. Brilliant!! I really wish they made one for the shower drain for catching hair. I definitely can recommend this product.

I first bought a 3 pack on QVC and loved it, even giving one away to a friend cuz it was good. The one I bought here was smaller and didn’t stay in the drain but would float up when the sink filled up with water. Now I’m debating to try again cuz maybe I got a bad one? QVC only seems to ever have red and that doesn’t match my kitchen.

It appears to be as good as the one it replaced. I put two or them in my kitchen sinks years ago. They performed flawlessly until one got a split in it. I ordered two more and replaced the split one, keeping one on standby.

Oh my goodness - I LOVE this strainer. I replaced my smaller sink with a large single basin sink and let me tell you, I was not happy. The sink is so big that it takes a lot of water to rinse it out and all that water backs up because the strainers I've used couldn't drain it fast enough. I am meticulous about not washing food and junk down the drain. The strainer would fill, the water would back up, I would grumble about switching to this stupid sink....I was stumped. Then I heard the company owner on a radio show talking about this item. I ordered it and the water flows freely down the drain without backing up and what needs to be caught is caught. It is quite literally a product that will now be the ONLY sink strainer I will ever buy. BRAVO!

Such a minor thing to buy, I can honestly say this is the best and totally takes away the stress the standard strainer gives you. Doesn't flip sideways, doesn't let food slip between.

This is the best designed sink strainer ever. Super soft rubber that fits the shape and size of your sink drain. It catches everything in the strainer basket and doesn't leave residue on the sink drain rim like the metal ones.
