What I LikedThis book is in hardcover and comes in a handy size, you will not be lazy to carry such a handy book right? I also love the author's concept of distributing the needed information for those beginning this kind of business and those already in the business. Not only catering on dental services but also in general. The price is just right for a hardcover book, for me this serves as an investment as well as tool in order for a person know the whereabouts of running a business..What I Didn't LikeNone so far since I also love reading book most especially books that can add me more information and knowledge, I am also into engaging myself into business that is why this book really will help me also others not just on dental side but also in general.User ExperienceWhile reading this book, you will be able to visualize everything about dental business. This book really gives a lot of ideas and guides on how you can easily put up this kind of business. All I can say is that all types or kinds of businesses at first is really risky since you are starting from scratch, but let me tell you that proper guidance and knowledge will keep that business going. Probably the best business book out there for dentists -- though I think reading Michael E. Gerber's "The E-Myth Revisited" first is an absolute must. (It should be essential reading for all owners and managers of small businesses.) With the changes occurring in the dental and insurance industries in the USA, this book will need to be soon updated for dentists in that country.

Great wisdom, strategies and advice. This is a great book like ALL of Michael Gerber's books.I highly recommend all of his books.

It had a little decent information, but I'd say just reading the regular E-Myth books would have probably been better. He talks about people basically being horrible and that they can't be managed, and that instead, you need systems. I don't see how you would get them to follow your system if people supposedly can't be managed. He talks about employees at dental offices being mostly female and making sure you hire someone who can manage women, which while it may be true in some areas, kind of just comes across as sexist. There is even a section where they tell you to leave precise information about an appointment in messages to patients which is not recommended due to HIPAA laws. Unless you know that the patient is the only person that is going to hear that message you need to stick with as little information as possible.

Good to understand if you are really a business man

Very helpful information!! Dentists are so unprepared for the business side of dentistry!!Every dentist needs to read this book to help prepare them to focus on the importance of strategy. Dentists need to take care of themselves as they care for so many other people!
