Case Studies in Special Education Law: No Child Left Behind Act and Individuals with Disabilities Education Improvement Act

I bought this for my class, and to be honest I have wondered while reading it, how true these stories are. Good examples I suppose in order to prepare me for being a special ed teacher, just seems a little watered down at times, or clearly biased in some way.

This was a text book needed for my Special Education Law for the Class course. The scenarios were great examples and really pushed your understanding of the law and how it is applied.

The text is fine. It wasnt my choice-it is my professor's choice. The book was reasonable priced. It is very short, that's all.

The book was a helpful addition. It presents useful case studies for review and it is a quick and easy read.

Brand new and exactly what I needed. Fast and great price. Would buy again.

The book is a rich resource of laws related to the special education system.

If you read only one book on special education case study law, make it this one. Spoiler alert: the butler did it.
