No. I believe they use flower as biding agent. But osem chicken consomme is gluten free and very similar flavor.

Depends on what you want to use for. I would say 350ml-400ml water for one cube for vegetable soup. I also use this for making meat sauce, white sauce!

Yes, very similar - We use this a lot for Asian cooking, or just to enjoy a hot cup of consume. It's much better than the Korr brand. A quality Japanese company makes it.
