Lots of fun and good tunes.

Once again I bought it used. I have done that for most of my music books. The book condition is marked "Good" and it actually is. There is no writing , bend, torn pages or major blemish, while I saved more than half the price of a new one. Music layout is clear and comprehensive. There is chord diagram at every point, making it easy to play, especially ar places where you're supposed to play a bar chord instead of simple chord. Song selection is great. I have read some review stating that songs by Led Zeppelin and the Stones were missing, but I didn't encounter this issue with my copy. All the Zeppelin songs listed on index are there. Zeppelin songs are the main reason why I bought this book.

My Dad is starting to relearn the guitar. I bought him this so he could learn some of the songs he grew up with and he loves it. It made a wonderful Christmas gift that he’ll surely use for a long time!

Read before. Just 67 songs in this volume. But incredible songs

I like this songbook as it has some more recent "classics". A great gift for any guitar player!

I was so excited to get this book on my Guitar quest. I am a beginner and have been doing guitar for two years. First, my advice is really read the fine print. I thought it was gonna be 500 songs of all times. It's only 67 songs and they are not easy as the book states. Maybe a few songs are easy tabs. I Attached a picture of what most of the tabs are in the book. I was pretty disappointed as I won't be able to even try this book tell I have more experience. The seller was great about getting it delivered on time and I don't blame them for the book issues. I tried to preview the book before and the preview shows the easy song and that's about it. I think the book itself has some print issues and shouldn't be labeled as easy to read. I showed it to my music teacher and he just laughed and said no way is that easy or any beginner could read or understand the notations or symbols. Rolling stone songs are all for Intermetidate guitar players. I'll still hold on to the book for way later. Just be aware before you purchase.

It helped me to relearn some of the songs.

Within 60 seconds I was gritty!Great for intermediate players, and even some beginners that have made it to power chords. If you thought this book contained 500 songs... SUCKER!!! Ha, jk I read a bunch of reviews before I purchased about people crying about "false advertisement," but if you can't read product description I doubt you were looking to learn 500 songs.ANYWAY!...I haven't played the guitar in over 15 years, and decided to pick it back up and am so glad I went with this book. Although I obviously haven't been through all the songs, the ones I've skimmed across with my guitar are awesome! I never post my reviews, so for me to be posting this within the day of receiving shows how happy I am with purchasing this book.

Comme beaucoup d'autodidactes qui jouent uniquement du rock, je sais lire les tablatures mais pas les partitions.Dans ce livre, les intros de chaque morceau sont en tab & partition mais dès qu'on commence les paroles ou la partie rythmique, il n'y a plus de tabs, seulement partition + paroles.Complètement inutile pour moi, j'ai passé l'âge de jouer les 10 premières secondes du morceaux (riff d'intro), je veux pouvoir jouer le morceau entier. Surtout que si on cherche juste le riff d'intro on peut le trouver très facilement et gratuitement sur internet avec le site ultimate guitar par exemple...Je rejoins aussi les autres commentaires sur le choix des morceaux parmi le top500 il y a juste 67 morceaux et pas forcément les plus rocks ou les plus adaptés à la guitare (billie jean, beat it, bittersweet symphony...)

Esta revista es más de lo que había esperado, tiene muchas canciones (las 500 del título) y están tanto en tablatura de guitarra como en notación musical.

The book itself is comprehensive enough , but to describe it as a " Tab " book is stretching it a bit . Some of the lead-ins and rhythm sections are in tab , but if you are used to the melody section being in Tab form , it isn't , it is in musical note form , so either learn to read music , and learn your guitar fret note positions , or buy a different , simple tab note type of book with the melody in tabs , as very few of the songs in this book are like that .

Great selection and well laid out. It's a music book so what you get out of it will depend on how you use it. Well worth the price, good variety of music.
