Finally Broke and Ready to Buy the Same Ones All Over Again
I've been buying UrbanEars headphones for the past six years. Previously the wired ones, but I got the wireless ones Christmas 2015. I use my headphones daily. Walking to the store, cleaning my apartment, I take them on trips, I've even worn them in the rain on multiple occasions. They are heavily used, and my only set of headphones. They've shown wear, of course, but they finally broke last month, after a solid year and a half of constant use. And it was actually just because I shoved them in my bag carelessly and a piece broke off.The sound quality is really good for the casual listener. Way better than a lot of over-the-ear headphones in similar price rangers, and obviously better than earbuds. Some people have complained about fit, and discomfort, and I'd imagine YMMV with that. I do not have a small head, and I often find headphones uncomfortable, but I've stuck with UrbanEar for so long because I find that they are very wearable for long periods of time.I only have three complaints. Every once in awhile, whatever I was listening to would get really jittery. It would seem like there was some kind of interference, but nothing from my usual routine had changed. I don't know if this was related to the battery getting low, or what. Secondly, no device I've used the headphones with shows that the battery is getting low and they need to be recharged. I'm not entirely sure whose fault this is, but my iPhone does tend to show that for other bluetooth speakers/etc. And lastly, though less important, is that the cord that came with the headphones to make them wired had to be used backwards in order for it to work with the iPhone. UrbanEars told me this was an iPhone issue, and that may be the case, but it was still annoying to have the button down my your phone instead of your ear. Of course, now iPhones don't have headphone jacks at all so it doesn't even matter.Anyway, I'm off to go buy a new pair to replace the ones I broke. I'd give them 4.5 stars if I could.

Not the same quality as they previously made.
I've purchased at least 4 pairs of Urbanears headphones over the years and they survived me through backpacking trips, flights and daily commutes. This pair didn't even last me through the year. They have snapped in the exact same spot as all the other pairs of headphones I've seen online. Clearly a design problem. While I love this brand and their headphones and would love to keep purchasing them, having the quality chance so immensely could be a huge issue. Let's hope that they can fix this soon.

I used to have UE headphones that were wired a few years ago and I loved them. They lasted me a long time and I especially enjoyed the simplistic style and color options. So, I decided to try the wireless version after unsuccessfully buying other options that were slightly cheaper. But every wireless headphone has either poor sound, bulky appearance, or too expensive.I purchased the gray headphones and I love the color. The headphones also come with a headphone cable and a charging cable. I previously tried the Skullycandy Uproar and those didn't even come with head phone cable. I realize they are wireless for a reason but its nice to have the option to plug them in, like if you don't have time to charge them. The appearance is simple and sleek. I love that they fit around my head instead of sticky out on the sides or having the bulky, beefy appearance a lot of wireless over ear headphones have. The cups fit on my ear perfectly and ensure no sound leaking out. Also, I love that they won't fall off my head when I am moving around in the gym.Sound quality is great. I don't consider myself an audiophile who needs the most exquisite sound, but compared to my Sony in-ears and the Skull candy I tried the sound is perfect. Bass is apparent and not too muffled. Very clear sound. I would say they are just as good as the wired Beats I have had in the past with a fraction of the price tag.I am in love with these headphones and consider them a good investment. I would buy every color if I could.

Very low material quality
I have headphones on the most time of the day. This model clearly fails the stress test. After 11 months it broke when I had it on, for no reason. Urbanears customer service had no intention to help and did not offer either repair or replacement even tough product was still under warranty. I had used their older model for 3 years with no problem but I guess this specific one did not go through a proper stress test. Be aware of the short life expectancy of the product.

I enjoyed these headphones for around a week before a piece broke off on the side and the headphone began sliding off my ear.

Bluetooth not working within a year from purchase
Bluetooth stopped working inside of a year from purchase, I didn't even use the phones regularly, after staying in a box for a few weeks I wanted to put them on and found that only wired connection is left working, bluetooth isn't.
