It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, but it arrived a day late. However, that doesn’t matter much. We just received it and so far it works very well. I was a little worried on how it would arrive, but the box was fine and the contents in it arrived unbroken. It is super lightweight, which was actually quite surprising. I tested it out with my husband’s phone, earbuds and watch and everything works as it should. The only complaint I have is that he has to take his case off. His case really isn’t that thick, so I was surprised. Luckily, his case comes off easy so it isn’t a huge deal. That is the one and only reason why I give this product 4 stars.

So we have had this charger for a few days and it continues to experience issues. When charging a phone and watch at same time, the phone charger charges fine. However the watch charger does not...gets real hot and does not charge watch. Placed watch on watch charger by itself for 1 hour and watch battery meter didn’t move from 89% charge. Tested watch on Apple charger and charged fine.

Item does not properly charge any of the phones we have... iPhone 11... iPhone xr... iPhone 8.Item must be defective. Will charge to 70% one night and then not charge them at all for three days. Will not buy this product again and would not recommend.

I really wanted the all-in-one wireless charger as I have many Apple devices. While I have the Apple leather case for my iPhone X, it seems to charge ok. There were a few mornings where I woke up with a phone that didn’t charge. It’s likely user error as my room is pitch black when I finally go to sleep and I do my best to place it on the charger.The bigger problem I’m having is the Apple Watch charging. As mentioned, we like our room to be as dark as possible. Throughout the night, my room is lit up from my Apple Watch face, indicating a change in charging. It’s likely the safety precaution from overheating, but it’s annoying. Like really annoying.So I give it three stars. If you’re OK with some light throughout the night, go for it. If you place your phone on the charger before turning out the lights, making suit that ours in place, but it. But for a guy like me, I wish I’d discovered these issues sooner as I would’ve returned it.

I bought this at the beginning of December. My husband saw this product’s ad on Facebook. So I bought it for him as a present he could have before Christmas.For the month of December, we didn’t notice any problems. So I was willing to rate this product 5 stars, as it does clear up space for having 3 charging stations in one. (Also, I bought my husband a phone case that was able to be wirelessly charged so no problems there).However, after his birthday (Jan 8) I bought him a hard case for his air pods. The case made it too big to fit in the charging spot for the air pods, so now he has to take them out every so often in order to charge the AirPod case. Took off a star for that.And now, suddenly, his watch isn’t charging as well as it used to. We thought it’s been because he comes home late at night and isn’t putting it on the charger right. But today he grabbed his watch (it was at 27%) and blamed himself for not putting it on right. I let him take my charging cord for his watch and put my watch on his charging port. I’ve been hearing it ding all day every 15-25 minutes. My watch is at 100% but it shouldn’t be getting hot or making the ding noise as I keep it on my own charger all day on weekends and never hear it ding continuously. Took off another star for that.3 stars for an okay product is good, I guess. Wish I would have done more research into another 3-in-1 charging station. Apple was supposed to for their own products but never came out with it! That’s why I decided to buy this product instead.

Box was very beat up, was hoping it didn’t effect the product but unfortunately it was scraped and broken. It wouldn’t work. Luckily I was able to order a replacement so hoping this one works and not beat up.

This is my first wireless charger I bought. After using this for a week I will definitely be getting several more for my home and office. It charges rather quickly and it has no issues with my iPhone XR case.I tried my wife's iPhone XR with a thicker 2.5mm case and a popsocket and it still gets a charge through it! This blew me away because that's usually the issue with wireless chargers. Her iWatch also charges easily with it. For this price point, you can't beat this product. 5 Stars no doubt!!!

Works ok if you don’t have a case but who doesn’t have a case? I bought it for a gift for my wife who couldn’t end up using it. The price was good but sadly she wasn’t able to use it without taking her phone out of the case.
