Dangerous...broke on my third ride. Weak metal, snapped right off on a section of singletrack and I almost went right off the trail.

I bought this in Sep 2019. I finally got around to adding it to my build. I have under 10 hours on it. It snapped while I was riding. Thanks to quick reflexes I was not hurt. This is junk. Protect & preserve the south entrance to the alimentary canal. Do not trust this seat post!

Most seat clamps are a minor pain in the neck; with the upper parts loose enough to slip the seat rails into place, the bits flop around so much that you almost need a third hand to hold it all in position while snugging down the bolt. This clam adds a spring that keeps tension on the bolt for you, allowing easy assembly every time. Amd the tubing is beefy enough to produce no worries about strength.

Solid Unit for sure. I did however remove The Spring under The Barrel Nut, it's not really a requirement in My opinion anyway! Good 6061 T6 Aluminum Material, but No Anodize here! Painted Unit. But Solid Post with angle Adjustment options. I rotated The Barrel Nut for easier, and better adjustment though. You will see what I mean after playing around with it as well.

the 27.2 x 400 is what I have. It bent on the first ride. I have it extended almost to the maximum, maybe a centimeter less than max. might be ok for the shorter posts, or if you dont have the post extended very far.

Lasted almost 6 months of mostly Trail riding with mild enduro action. Neck snapped off during a regular ride with no notice. Good looking part, light weight, and unique quick mount seat clamp but poor durability.

I had to send it back, because it turned out I needed a 450mm seat post. It installed easily, and seemed to be good quality. I liked the color okay. It was just too short for me.

excellent packing ,SUPER FAST delivery.The post is light yet very sturdy and the ease of mounting a saddle on it NOTHING LIKE IT I HAVE EVER TRIED. The small load spring is so effective in line up and mounting a saddle on it.1 bolt and a twist and tighten you are done.
