Difficult to rate as it could be a great product. I returned it without removing it from display packaging as it was obviously to big for me to use comfortably.

Stopped working after 3 weeks, very bad quality

This is a great tool! My hair can be quite frizzy and this not only smoothes it down but adds some shape to it! I love it! The best bit is the spin button! Very easy to use and my hair doesn't get caught up in it!

Did not rotate on even the shortest hair

Product issue resolved. Product is as good as i have hoped it to be. This is a fraction of the price of the high street branded one but as effective as that one. Easy to use and hair gets volume and body as promised by product.

Easy to use to shape my fine hair.

It's ok, dries my hair, but perhaps better for longer hair. I ended up buying a smaller one in the end
