NCY1000-1010 White Performance Rear Shock for the Ruckus 265 mm

If you weigh over 200 lbs and frequently ride on dirt roads/off road, you need this. Combined with NCY front forks and I couldn't be happier with the ride and handling. No more bottoming out on every single uneven surface. Installation took about 20 minutes. I am using it with the stock airbox with no modifications. The fit is extremely tight but seems to clear the tire and airbox just [barely] enough. I ended up leaving the frontmost airbox bolt off for the time being since it allows for a bit more clearance. I may do some modifications in the future solely for peace of mind to make more clearance but so far there's been no noticable rubbing. It's incredible how much of a difference this makes compared to the oem shock.

I bought my daughter a 2021 honda Navi and needed to lower it because she is soo short.So i took a chance on this and it fit and lowered the seat 1 1/2 inches. It also stiffened up the ride but is ideal for two riders at once!

Alright guys, I have read many forums that review this shock. Some say it does not fit with the air box and some say it does, I have a password jdm 6inch stretch and am running my stock tires. This shock mounts on great and looks awesome, there is about a 4-5mm gap between my tire and the shock so the fitment there is perfect, the problem I had was when I tried to put my stock air box back on the bottom of the shock would not allow the air box to sit in the right position to bolt it in. I tried adjusting to coil over on the shock and could still not get the air box on. So now the shock sits in my box of ruckus S*** until I decide to remove my airbox and rejet. But when I do this thing is going to look sweet.

stock shock was terrible would bottom out with a 210lbs man on small bumps, took a little fender trimming and a little heat gun to the plastic to make clearance but it was well worth it

My stock Ruckus shock bottomed out every time I hit even a small bump. This shock absorbs the bumps and greatly improves ride comfort. Easily installs in less than 30 minutes without modifications to the stock set up. The white color is a nice accent to boot!

A great replacement for the stock spring. Not the most elite of shocks, great for the price. Very satisfied.

Works well and is a quality product. The price was about average.
