Best lube for my espresso machine
Excellent stuff. Just a tiny drop is enough to keep my cams and lever nice and lubricated. Food safe, heat tolerant, and nice and slippery. Works well for ball-and-socket joints, too, like steam wands, etc. if they get old and sticky.

Sealed my big blue filter perfectly
My big blue filter had a slow drip leak after changing, O-Ring is fine, I think its a knock off Big Blue filter, seems solid enough, who knows why, hadn't done this in a while, changing the O-Ring didn't help. Found this product, just clean the O-Ring and apply this lubricant, never a drop leaks, and I have changed the filter 4+ times now, no more worries about a leak. Odorless, and plenty of lubricant (will last quite a while), easy to use, peace of mind is priceless since I am the person in the house that deals with maintenance issues LOL.

Using to rebuild SCUBA regulators and it has worked great.
So I am a SCUBA diver and of the opinion that if I can rebuild an engine or a hydraulic pump and cylinder why not use my skills to rebuild my own equipment. I am also a geek and work on computers and electronic projects so am very meticulous to the point where I probably do better work than most shops. So far I have used this on a Scubapro MK5 from the 1970's along with a 109 from the same era. As well as a MK20 and a G250 while also lubing my Gen 4 Air2. It has worked great and have no issues with things staying in working condition. I actually ended up helping to save a guy's dive when his inflator was acting up, just put some of the lube into the input line and then applied pressure. The lube was able to work in and get things freed up fairly fast and then by the end of the dive it was working like new. Some manufacturer's recommend Christo-Lube but they are so similar that it's not a huge deal and it seems Molykote is available in larger sizes more readily for less money. Doing the math says what I need to know there and this is rated up to 40% O2 as well so should work just fine as a replacement.

Excellent silicone grease
Best silicone grease available - it is the perfect consistency AND the tube nozzle is the perfect size for dispensing.

O-Rings, yes; silicone, well maybe.
This product is surprisingly dense and sticky compared to my experience with silicone grease. It is probably well-suited as an O-ring lubricant, but even better as a solution for heavy weight-bearing applications where the lubricant must remain in place for repetitive motion. I should point out that Dow Corning does not call their product silicone lubricant either on the tube or on the box, nor do they specifically use the word "silicone" in the ingredients. They call it "Dow Corning Compound 111 Valve Lubricant and Sealant."
