Earthing Sheet Silver Conductive Grounding Sheet for Better Sleep Relieve Pain (54x75in)

I had some vivid dreams at first but this settled down and i feel good. Don't wake up depressed anymore.

The media could not be loaded. Having experimented with this sheet for a few weeks I decided it might be responsible for inducing a little fatigue in me. I seem to feel better when I don't use it. A little research suggested that connecting to your house grounding wiring might not be as 'clean' as connecting to the earth outside. Your house earth wires are subject to EMFs from live electrical wires and appliances. Having these EMFs passed onto your body via a grounding sheet might not be a good idea.

Have missed my earthing sheet since travelling so glad to have this one which is good quality. Looking forward to better sleep & already feeling more rested even though my sleep has stayed intermittent (2 nights). Pretty sure it helped with my healing after falling heavily during ice skating as it arrived on the same day & when I woke I had far less pain than anticipated.I just wish the sheets had some way of securing them to the mattress, such as elastic under the mattress or on the corners. Haven't found one that does yet! It was hard to tuck it in with a sprained hand!

1 it's just the grounding sheet 2 it doesn't come with grounding rod or cable to connect . 3 the instructions are so poor its a dangerous item . 4 I can't even even find a cable with rod to connect it to from amazon . Absolutely speechless im sending it back as I can't get asst to help solve the problem

I spent lots of money to buy the bed sheet and the pillow case and the mouse mat. Absolutely waist of time

I wish I'd brought this ages ago, I brought it on a recommendation.After suffering from constant neck pain for 2 years, the pain has gone.It took about 2 weeks to work, the relief is unbelievable
