Maybe not the best for airline travel.
We used this bag for a drive and strapped it on top of the car. Worked great! Not too heavy getting it up/down. Then I flew with it. On the way out only had one pair of skis, with some gear, it was in the 30lb range. On the way back, my friend bought a pair of skis, so we added those, plus other gear. It was 50lbs exactly, because we had to remove some stuff. Not sure what happened, but the bottom edge got ripped off. I realize it was at the max weight limit, and I’m sure baggage handlers hate these big bulky bags. So, we are going with a hard shell next. If not using in an airport, great bag for the money! But hindsight, for us, should have gone with the hard case from the jump.Oh, even though the outside got torn, the skis inside were fine, so it did do it’s job protecting the skis.

Good bag. Not “great”.
This is my first rolling ski bag, and I’ve only used it on one trip. So this review is first-use impressions. The good: large capacity easily accommodated 2 complete sets plus extra space for helmets, gloves, some clothing and small items (warmers, goggles, etc). Wheels are smooth. Didn’t see another bag like it on the baggage claim (among dozens of bags), so it made claiming it easy at the airport. The bad: awkward to actually maneuver. Lousy handles need substantially better padding. Shoulder strap not usable. Does not stand unattended. Pack carefully because it doesn’t have any structural integrity (it’s a soft sided bag) and this makes it prone to twisting, falling, rotating.

Roomy bag
Large ski bag! We fit 5 pairs of skis in it for our trip out west. Much easier having one bag instead of two.The wheels were very handy in the airport. Would recommend!

Perfect Fit. Great Choice
Tough time finding a great back with consistent reviews. After seeing many reviews where this bag was returned, I was skeptical but was in a pinch before a ski trip across the country and needed one that would arrive on time. I have to say, its a perfect bag, easily fit so much stuff (2 sets of adult skis, poles, 2 ski pants, 2 coats, pair of snow boots) and still stayed just under 50 lbs. Its a very big bag and when loaded its not easy to maneuver but that due to sheer size, weight and length of the contents. Strong and sturdy wheels and well built/placed handles. Still looked new after its first round trip flight. I'd definitely recommend.

Amazing ski bag that survived with 5 skies and snowboard and also 3 layovers and still perfect
I bought this ski bag on Amazon kind of last minute before my trip from the US to Chile, and honestly, I’m super impressed. I packed 5 skis, 1 snowboard, and a bunch of clothes and gear inside. It sounds like a lot, but somehow everything fit just fine. The trip had 3 layovers, and even with all that moving around, the bag came out exactly how it went in. No damage, no problems with the zippers, nothing at all. I couldn’t believe it. This bag is really tough. The price was great too for what you get. I seriously have nothing to complain about. If you need a solid ski bag that can handle a long trip, this one is incredible. Totally recommend it.

Not user friendly..
Very heavy and cumbersome to use even for a strong guy. The carrying handle should be on the top of the bag not on the side. It's very tough to get the right angle to drag this bag particularly when you consider how bulky it is. The zippers don't have any glide to them and they frequently snag. Relatively speaking it's a cheap bag and it functions like a cheap bag.. also most people do not need a bag that is this long. Typically skiers ski with a ski that is between 177 and 188 tops..

Bag is great, straps are terrible
The media could not be loaded. So far the bag has been serviceable. We travel to ski 3-4 times a season and it is holding up well. Plenty of room for 2 pairs of skis and poles as well as an odd sweater or jacket. With 2 sets of skis and poles it is dangerously close to the 50lb baggage limit so I would not pack much additional in the bag.My biggest gripe, and it’s pretty major, is the straps do not hold tension on your skis. As you can see from my video, the ski straps are installed in a way that releases tension on your skis allowing them to move around in the bag. My son’s skis and mine have many scratches on the topcoat from the skis rubbing together during handling.Bottom line - I would expect more from an expensive bag. If you like pristine skis, go elsewhere.
