"These Boots Are Made for Walkin ...."
These may not offer the same degree of ankle support as a dedicated pair of laced hiking boots would. But if, like me, you hate lacing boots and are comfortable wearing slip-on shoes most of the time, than these zip-up snug fitting boots are pretty darned nice for walking. With the local gym closed for Covid, I've turned to 3-4 mile hikes through the nearby dunes for daily workouts. An older lightweight pair of slip-on boots would have been treacherous if put to such serious hiking. Since these arrived in late November I’ve hiked the dunes with them more than 50 times (over 150 miles). I couldn’t be happier with them. Here’s my impressions ...Ankle support - DecentComfort - ExcellentWarmth - Very goodWater resistance - Good in water below the zipper (2-3 inches depth)Traction - Very good on loose or hard-packed snow. Poor on ice.Weight - 2.5 lbs (pair)Construction: - Very goodOn & Off Ease - FairThese fit snugly. Moderate labor is applied getting in and out. The zipper is tough to pull for the last inch or two - more so when new. (If your finger grip is poor, a pair of pliers might help.)Sizing - AccurateI wear 9.5 W street shoes. I double-up on socks for winter activity. These boots are 10.5 and perfect for me. But, they were overly tight at the toes until fully broken in.The boots may not be that pretty, but the terrain where I customarily wear them is. Photo attached. Boot tracks visible.

Like walking on cloud 9
I've had multiple surgeries on one of my feet including ankle joint replacement twice..heel detachment and realignment..Achilles lengthening..severe nerve damage..all within the last 7 years..it has been nearly impossible to find shoes that i can wear without pain from rubbing on one of the multitude of scars...or just can't maneuver my ankle in right position to get it on..I've lost count on the number of different brands and styles of footwear I've tried..i live on a farm and i need to keep my feet dry..nothing fancy..i had these delivered put them on and the side zipper made it a lot easier. Usually within 10 minutes I'm taking them off bc they hurt. I put them on..they are so cozy and warm and have amazing support and fit. I literally forgot i had them on. My foot and ankle did not hurt..the next morning i went to some waterfalls..again total support and comfort..traction is amazing..not 1 slip even where the mist from the falls was heavy. These are the BEST boots/shoes I've had on my feet since my first foot surgery 7 years ago. I've had no pain walking. So happy I wanted to cry. Definitely makes difference in my life.

Not Perfect but not bad
These are nice shoes for winter but not perfect. Comfortable after I made a change of the insole. The insole doesn’t have any support and the fir makes it a little thick so toes tend to hit the top of the shoe but compresses so it only feels tight when sitting. I had a pair of Arch Support insole’s that I changed to and it feels much better and now has arch support. Everything else about them is nice so I’m happy now. The zipper that some complain about works fine and is just heavy duty which is good. I got my regular size 11 and it fits good but I would get a half size larger next time. I have narrow feet so no problem but if they were a little wider these would not fit, the shoe is narrow and wouldn’t fit a wide foot even with a larger size. If you have wide feet get a different shoe. UPDATE- I wore these shoes today while snow blowing for about an hour and my feet were warm and dry after and I didn’t slip even once. I can now recommend them for snow use . I had about 1’ of wet snow.

Winter Boots
I bought these for my son last year. They are very nice boots. I think he loved them but didn’t have to wear them much bc we had a mild winter here in Mo.They were reasonably priced, waterproof and not too heavy. They will more than likely last awhile.

NICE BOOT, EXCEPT FOR ZIPPER
These boots are lightweight, comfy and warm; but good luck trying to close the zippers. My left boot zipper works, kind of (takes effort), and the other zipper doesn't work at all. It won't budge, not even with the use of a pair of pliers. So, I wear it unzipped, which is good enough in most cases because the boots are a firm fit and our weather isn't normally severe.

Reliable Winter Boots for Snowy Adventures!
I recently purchased the SILENTCARE Men's Warm Snow Boots for my son, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their performance. These boots proved to be a reliable companion for him during our recent snowy escapades.First and foremost, the warmth and waterproof features of these boots are exceptional. Despite spending the entire day playing in the snow, my son's feet remained warm and dry, thanks to the cozy fur lining and waterproof construction. This gave me peace of mind knowing that he was comfortable and protected from the elements.Additionally, the anti-slip sole provided excellent traction on slippery surfaces, preventing any slips or falls during his outdoor adventures. The lightweight design also made it easy for him to move around freely without feeling weighed down.

Excellent LIGHT WATERPROOF snowboot
The media could not be loaded. SUPER LIGHT! Fit right. I'm a men's size 12. SUPER soft inside. Waterproof. I stepped in 3" of water. No leakage inside. Loose enough to get on with zipper unzipped. Tight enough on top to slide pants over. Zipper works great. Good tread/grip on sole. Very warm. Insert is completely flat. NO arch support. Use your own inserts. Good product at a good price.

Very nice, but they run small & narrow.
I like these boots very much - they are plush and warm. I ordered up a 1/2 size to play it safe according to the reviews. I wear relatively thin socks, & these are on the snug side - front to back and width wise. I have what I consider to be a standard width foot (medium). A full size up from my regular size probably would have been a better fit - I normally wear an 11, ordered an 11 1/2 & a 12 probably would have been a better choice. They feel like they may break in & loosen up a little - the #1 reason why I didn't return them. If you wear a heavier sock definitely go up a full size, & if you have a wide foot these may not work for you. The zipper was a struggle at first, but they are smooth now.

Warm lightweight snow boots
It is light weight, keeps my feet warm in the snow and it doesn't take much time to put on or put off.

Lasted less than 24 hours
Tried them inside when I received them and noticed that the zippers were stiff. Tried to use them the day after and the zipper got stuck and broke.
