I have 4 of these eggs (very soft, soft, hard, hardest) and they are great for exercising my hands, especially the one damaged in a car accident. This is my second set; first set was lost in a house fire. Everyone in the family uses them too as these are so easy to wash with gentle soap and water. Definitely recommend these for dexterity and to keep your fingers working.
