Count Me Impressed
Hair Type: Straight but with lots of natural volumeHair Style: Undercut w/ long top --> ShortHair Dyed: Yes, have had reds, blues, and purples during this time (Overtone, saturated not light)Reason for purchase: Natural oils would make my hair slick, thinner, and grossSimplified review: Amazing conditioner, love how fluffy my hair gets, doesn't strip color, downsides are the strong cucumber smell if you don't like it and that it gets difficult to force out after the first bit of use, but as far as conditioners go I can deal with that for the result!-I know my hair has volume from hairdressers commenting on it, but while friends of mine could go days, even weeks without properly washing their hair, if I missed a day my hair would clump together with how slick it was, and it wasn't much better even if I was on a regular schedule. So, looked up a conditioner to deal with it, found this.My impression? Like the headline says, count me impressed!-Pros:- Long-Lasting: Couple months' worthI got the 33.8 Fl Oz size back in late April, it is now early August, and I still have not hit the end of the bottle (getting there, I think it'll last at least the majority of the month). Unlike what's recommended, I do not skimp on conditioner with the "only use a dime" amounts - the conditioner's ingredients seem to end up with a thick density, even the classic "dilute with water to make it last longer" trick doesn't affect the consistency much.- Result: I never knew my hair could be so fluffy!!I got it to deal with the excess oils, and it does just that. It worked off the first wash, where the longer hair on top of my head was able to fluff out and show its volume significantly more. With the volume of my hair, I love the undercut because it is less to deal with, but can still fake a full head of hair, but when my hair is all oily it becomes a lot more difficult. This brought it back to full strength! Since I started on this, I ended up cutting my hair short to resize the undercut, and it works amazingly for the short hair too! My hair fluffs up, styles itself nicely, and is incredibly low maintenance outside of regular washes.- Hair dye: Doesn't strip colors! This was my biggest concern when looking for an oil-stripping conditioner, I was practically expecting that oil- and color-stripping would go hand-in-hand. Not the case here! While it is normal to lose color over time, no sign of the conditioner affecting the process in the slightest. Color lose is comparable to other conditioners where color longevity is a focus, but secondary to general product quality (I cannot compare well to conditioners aimed specifically at increasing color longevity).-Cons:- Smell: Strong, crisp smellI have lower-level sensory issues, so I know something like this can turn people away. The first time or two of using it was a bit stressful on the senses, it is a very strong and semi-overwhelming smell, can cause eye-watering. For some reason, I thought the smell was cucumber, just now realizing it is listed as mint, and the sensory effects match what I have encountered for other strong, pure mint smells. But! It does get better over time. After the first few times of use, I got used to it, and I actually like the smell because it gives me a very "clean" feel with how crisp mint smells. If you cannot stand mint, the smell will be a problem for you. Otherwise, I recommend giving it a chance at a week's worth of regular washes, see if you can get used to it.- Thick density: Difficult to get outFor how nice the consistency of the conditioner is for being long-lasting, the downside is that this comes with a disc top cap. This requires squeezing the bottle to get it to come out, and with the density of the conditioner, it requires a lot of pressure to get it out, and blocks access to air coming in to refill the bottle and help the process. This is more annoying than anything, but like mentioned above, it maintains a good consistency even when water is added, but diluted mix can be a little easier to get out.To be clear, I do not think the mixture should be diluted at production, this is for other consumers to consider. For the makers, I recommend adding a pump dispenser. For consumers, while extra money, you can buy pump caps for this.-Pros vs Cons: Pros far outweigh cons! Both of the cons listed are mild, momentary nuisances. The pros? I am happier with my hair, it feels cleaner and fluffier than before, even the effects of the summer heat are limited. Highly recommend, I even suggest it to friends, amazing product. That said, given the cons, I think the makers could make a good product better by:- Removing the smell AND/OR adding multiple smell options (I would be thrilled to have this in lavender, rose, or some other floral smell!)- Adding a pump cap (or other cap that makes it easier to dispense this density of conditioner without changing the consistency)-Highly recommend, does amazing work on my hair, great product!

Works wonders
This product has been a lifesaver after one use. I’ve had issues with dandruff and couldn’t find anything to really work. This stuff used with the shampoo keeps my scalp clear of dandruff and the smell is amazing. Love the cooling sensation it leaves after a good wash.

Dandruff free!!
Smells and feels great when applying it. I had dandruff issues until I switched to this product. Once I started using this the dandruff issue went away completely! However it does leave your hair a little more dry and less shine and vibrant feel to it. I would definitely recommend this product if you suffer with dandruff. If your looking for a shine to the hair though I haven't seen this product offer much in that aspect.

Great conditioner for dandruff!
This stuff seems to work really great. I don't have pictures of before since my dandruff didn't show too well. However, I used to get bumps and pimples on my head, which I've heard can happen when oils are trapped and not getting cleaned (i use hair product for curly hair, and go two days without washing, because otherwise my hair gets very dry and does not look good at all). Anyway, I've been using this and the shampoo for a couple weeks and have already noticed a huge improvement.I've used Biolage for many years before I switched to my most recent shampoo a few years ago. However, I've switched back to using this a couple times a week and it's been great. It does not smell rancid like some other dandruff shampoos at all. It smells nice. And, it works wonders!!I am excited to see how my head continues to get better. Already, the bumps and things that I can pick at are gone, my head feels much better, and there does't seem to really be any build up like there was before. I'd highly recommend this along with the dandruff shampoo!Edit: I've now used this for several months, and I must say that I have noticed a dramatic improvement from where i was when I first noticed this. My scalp is nowhere near as itchy as it used to be, and I have seen a very large decrease of the amount of dandruff I see as well. It's nice not always feeling itchy and dry on my scalp. it also doesn't seem to have made my hair color fade either, which was a concern (since you don't want to pay a fortune for a good cut and color only to literally wash it down the drain). So, I would still highly recommend this conditioner (and the wash that goes with it) as they have been doing wonders for me!

This is amazing
This conditioner, with the matching shampoo, changed my itchy scalp and 74 year old elderly lady hair overnight. Now, it did air dry and balloon up yet it was soft and shiny. I did braid it and cover it with a mulberry sleep cap when I went to bed. (I am a widow. I can do this.) That was three days ago and there’s a bit of itch coming back now, but my super fine hair is still smooth and glossy like it was thirty years ago.

The only conditioner for me
I've used drug store anti-dandruff conditioners my whole life, but this is the only one that actually gets rid of my dandruff. It lasts me a few months so I don't mind the price.

Helps with dandruffs
Bought it for my daughter that has thick hair and with playing sports , her hair is often wet. She uses the shampoo and conditioner and it helps to get rid of the dandruffs and the mint in the product has a tingling effect that is soothing for the scalp.
