Loved my sectional! It was the perfect size and color. It was very easy to assemble. Like the other reviews mentioned, I was super skeptical with ordering a couch through amazon because you just never know. I was particularly nervous for if I didn’t like them and was thinking about how tedious it would’ve been to have to return them. That was certainly not the issue. They were perfect. Of course they are a bit stiff when you get them, buy they are brand new and I’m sure overtime they will feel a little more squishy and comfortable.The shipping did take a few weeks due to COVID and their warehouse in Southern California being closed, so it took longer than expected. I was sad because I didn’t get them when it said I would get them. Honestly though, the customer service was fantastic. The gentleman followed up with me a couple times and was very communicative. I was very happy about that and appreciative. Definitely worth the wait.Highly recommend!

This is a waste of money. I understand that it's a cheap sofa but Ive also worked a furniture stores that sold cheaper items and they held up better than this. It's firm as all hell . The wood used for the backing of the sofa is thin and frail. The fabric is itchy. I even bought the furniture protection and that was a HUGE waste of money.Pros: it looks semi decent 😒Cons:Very cheap fabric and wood framingNo paddingThe company that sells this sofa are extremely hard to get in contact with.Buying the protection does nothing!

On the positive side, the couch was really easy to assemble (only took 10-15 minutes). The shipment was straightforward and the couch was packaged well. The ottoman is really nice and the pillows are cute and comfy. However, I’m not a huge fan of the texture of the couch - it feels a little rough which isn’t ideal but isn’t too bad overall. I’m still happy with the purchase but be aware that the couch is a bit firm and doesn’t feel very soft. I do like the overall appearance of the couch and having the ottoman to stretch my legs out on is really nice.

Delivery was faster than expected and they called me to set a delivery time. The couch comes in 3 large boxes on a pallet and the 2 main sections are fairly heavy. Make sure you have at least one other person to help carry especially if you need to go up stairs. With the virus the delivery guy is likely not allowed to go into any buildings like mine wasn't. Fortunately for me my place is ground level, and he was nice enough to help me at least get it through the door.Assembly was super easy and everything was packaged together well. There are 12 feet that you screw right in the bottom and 4 sections to the back of the couch that you slide on with 8 metal supports that slide into place. The 2 big sections of the couch can be connected quite easily.The material is very high quality and the couch feels very sturdy. I knew that it would be firmer based on other reviews, but what I did not expect was for the back to be so short. Even with the pillows it does not even reach my shoulders (I'm 6'). Do not expect to be able to just lay your head back unless you are lying down flat or have a pillow against a wall. I was originally going to rate this 4 stars because of this, but that was more my own mistake by not checking all the measurements beforehand. I think that is more of a modern style for it to be less bulky and tall, but overall it is a really solid couch for the price and convenience. You can quite comfortably seat 4 people and less comfortably have 5 or 6 people. The foot rest is plenty large and sturdy to act as a seat for someone at a holiday get-together.Overall I am very satisfied with the couch, and would highly recommend for someone who likes something a bit firmer that gives a lot of support. Also make sure to check the height to see if it is right for you. I was disappointed at first that the back wasn't taller, but I have found that with all the space I am able to lay myself out from the corners using the footrest while resting my head comfortably. I also have the couch near a wall where I can rest my head on one of the pillows if I want to sit up more. I'm ~6' for reference.

I was excepting a bit more for $800, to be honest. Overall it's a little smaller than expected and very stiff. The ottoman is actually very nice. This couch probably shouldn't be your main living room furniture, would be better suited to a room where it'll see minimal use. It feels like it should last a few years though so that will give you time to save up for something better.

Extremely easy to assemble and great value for the money. It’s firm but comfortable (I prefer firm furniture, and I’m sure it will soften over time). Looks great, and I love the storage room in the ottoman.
