Blackhole Cat Litter Mat - Medium Square 23" X 21" - Blackhole Litter Mat® (Beige)

I just bought another one of these mats, because I got another cat. I have had the first one since February 4th, 2016. The one I got in the mail today is slightly different, but I am sure it will function the exact same way. This litter mat holds up really well! The older one is the dark tan in the pictures, and it still looks brand new! My cats do not mind walking on this mat even though it is a bit hard. It holds litter extremely well. I use Blue Buffalo Walnut based litter and clay litter. Both particle sizes fit inside the holes of this mat. It is easy to dump the litter right back into the box. Cleaning it is also extremely easy- I have cleaned it in a bath tub and with a hose using some soap and a little scrubber brush. The medium size is a great size for 1 litter box, and you can tuck it under the box a bit. I never get any litter scatter past the mat. I love it!

Deep enough to capture/hide the litter and comfortable to walk onOurs is in the mud room and slightly in the walking path. So it was good to know / confirm it's comfortable to walk on.My wfie hated it before I installed it. A combo of "what did you spend money on" and it's going to be in the way. She loves it now as it catches ALL (for our cats - YMMV) the litter spread - and is also comfortable or not an issue to wak over.This is open on two sides. I'm just mentioning that as some are only open on one end. It does make it easier to get all the litter out and clean. You just can't forget to pick up by both sides.If you're wondering about size - I'd say "go larger". I even measured and marked on my floor - but after tucking several inches back we're barely catching the litter (of course it'd be more in the path in our mud room). So I'm happy with my size with these cats. Would go larger next time.

Works as intended, nice and compact, wish it came in more colors and that the opening was only on one side rather than two. It would make its intended purpose (to pour the caught litter) a lot more successful.

This mat is a nice change compared to the typical kitty litter mat because it is modern looking. It actually goes with my bathroom decor. And when I accidentally step on it sometimes, it feels pretty good underneath my bare feet. lol. It works great for kitty paws too. It is worth the extra money for sure.

I like this but for the price I expected more. The idea is a good one and it does help keep down the litter being tracked on the floor but it's not 100%, in fact, it's probably only about 80% but that is an improvement. Would I buy another one? Maybe if the price came down.

Great size and functional. Just dump and vacuum.

Both me and my cat LOVE this mat. This is 2nd day with it, and the difference is immense for both of us. I am not stepping on litter anymore for one. Second is that my cat Thomas is no longer scratching and scratching in the box. He does his business, and now cleans his paws on the mat and moves on.Perhaps best of all is that I decided to see if it collected anything (I bought the beige one so I can't tell bc the litter blends in) and ended up dumping what looked like half a scoop back into the litter box! This mat collects all the litter and is super easy to lift and slide it all back in the box. 2 sides are open, so it makes it real easy to ensure nothing gets stuck in any corners inside the mat. I know its only 2 days, but never seen anything this genius as a kitty litter mat.

I've used litter mats in the past but haven't had much success with the ones that have the poky pieces sticking up to scratch the litter out of paws. I wanted to try something a little different and am glad that I did. The first thing about this litter mat is it's soft and doesn't deter them from going into and out of the litter box. There was a little trepidation from one cat but after sniffing it out, she hasn't had any problems. The size is big enough that it covers the entirety of the exit so they have to step on it and get clean. The litter collects on the second mat underneath and can be shaken back into the litter box or thrown away easily.The biggest benefit to this litter mat was that it was shipped flat. Others I have received were folded or rolled up and they never seem to get back to a proper shape.

Uso per i miei 3 gatti un tipo di lettiera con sassetti molto piccoli e inevitabilmente trovavo sassetti dovunque per casa, compresa una vera e propria scia fuori dal bagno.Per ovviare a questo problema ho provato negli anni diversi tipi di tappetini da mettere di fronte alla cassettina ma non mi soddisfacevano mai: troppo piccoli, o trattenevano pochi sassetti, o erano difficili da pulire etc. Questo è l'unico che ha dato reali risultati!Il tappetino ha una struttura semi rigida che non sembra infastidire i pelosi (e neanche gli umani costretti magari a camminarci sopra. :))I sassetti rimasti attaccati alle zampe dei gatti cadono facilmente nei forellini del tappeto quando il gatto ci cammina sopra e l'operazione di "svuotamento" del tappetino è velocissima, dato che bisogna semplicemente allargare uno dei lati aperti del tappetino per far ricadere i sassetti dentro la cassettina.La quantità di sassetti che ora come ora trovo fuori dal bagno non è neanche un decimo di quanto accadeva precedentemente con altri tappetini!!Senza contare che risulta molto facile da pulire e veloce da asciugare qualora capitasse qualche "incidente" (pipì o cacca sul tappetino)insomma non posso che consigliare questo prodotto così come ho già fatto con amici e amiche che hanno gatti in casa! Ne comprerò uno per ogni cassettina di sicuro!

Endlich, endlich, endlich kein herumfliegendes Streu mehr in der Wohnung! Die Matte ist wirklich toll und ihren Preis wert. Wir benutzen sehr feines Katzenstreu, bei grobem Streu, von dem wir bisher noch einen Rest in einer der Katzentoiletten verwendet haben, funktioniert das Prinzip nicht. Wer also grobes Streu benutzt, sollte vom Kauf Abstand nehmen - wer feines Streu benutzt, für den gibt es nichts besseres (und wir haben schon seeeehr viel getestet...)

機能が優れものです！砂が飛び散らずに穴から下に落ちます。穴の中に落ちた砂は、マットを立てるとサイドの口の所からまとめて落とせるので、お掃除も簡単です。うちではお風呂場の入り口に猫のトイレを置いているので、お風呂上がりの濡れた足にも、砂がくっつかないので、快適です。もうひとつ大きなサイズの方が、使いやすかったのですが、85歳の足が弱ってバランスの取れない母には、マットが大きいとお風呂に入る時に踏んでしまって、穴の凸凹が歩きにくいそうなので、こちらの小さいサイズに買い換えました。元気な人には、何の問題もないと思います。

Trotz des doch hohen Preises habe ich mich für diese Vorlegematte entschieden und es nicht bereut. Diese Matte hält, was sie verspricht. Ich kann sie nur empfehlen.
