Pattern Name:Set of 3:Step 2,3,4 Step 2: Base Coat The Base Coat is used before adding a layer of dipping powder. It used with each layer to create an even and long lasting coat. Step 3: Activator The Activator is used to harden the powder and seal in all the previous layers so the nail can be filed and buffed prior to the top coat. Step 4: Top Coat The Top Coat is the finishing touch to protect and make a hard, shiny surface to the top of the beautifully dipped nail. Step 5: Cuticle Oil Cuticle Oil is the finishing touch on any healthy nail. It adds the needs moister back into the skin and cuticle after the dipping process has concluded. Step 6: Brush Restorer The Brush Restorer is for cleaning the base, top and activator brushes between and during applications. It dissolves any power or residue left over from the application.

Best dip liquid I’ve found
TV liquids were recommended in a Facebook group I’m a member of, and I’m glad I tried them. Both the base and top are fantastic! No issues with getting stringy or hardening in the bottle. Goes on thin so you don’t have super thick nails.

Horrible!
Not sure if this is old product or the real deal. I have been dipping for a year using other products band this was highly recommended in so many Facebook groups. The only liquid that is workable is the top coat but I must use it with another brand activator to get it to work. The activator that came in this package keeps the top coat sticky forever! The base applicator was glued shut and with proper prep I still cannot get full coverage when I dip. I ruined two mania with this product and really wanted it to work as the company I was loyal to was shorting me on liquids. Off to try another brand. Again, top coat is the only thing that works with this trio and only when used with another brand activator!

Works great for dip powder
I use this with the Kiara Sky dip powder instead of that brand's top coat and I love this one a lot more. It's smoother and shinier!

Bad product
Should not fmgive any stars,theres was good on the inner rim of product is sticky like...should not buy

Works with any dip powder
I have had problems with top coat for dip for a while. The brush always get hard,sometimes it doesn't dry properly, you have to balance witch way is gonna work.But this one is PERFECT. Works with any dip powder i have used,with any liquids i have been use(opi,next gen..)You don't have to wait activator to get dry,you don't have to wipe brush before putting bach in the bottle. It's dry in 2 min and it doesn't chip at all for a weks. Amazing

the shiniest top cost out there! the bottle always open! they never get stuck close. these are the best!

Great product but...
The products themselves work fine but the base coat and top coat bottles was difficult to open and the top coat to close. The others close fine but even after cleaning the top it won't close all the way. When I contacted customer service they basically told me it was customer error even though it was the first time opening the bottle. Rude, how can that be my fault and I just opened the bottle? Very dissatisfied in their response but products themselves like I said are fine. Just don't buy from this company or you'll have defective bottles and can't replace them, according to the company.

Doesn't dry
Bought this for my wife. This product sucks! I paid $10.99 + tax, it doesn't dry, and does not leave a smooth finish! Now they won't respond to a return request.
