Learning Resources Primary Timers, Classroom Experiment, 1-Minute Functions, Set of 6, Ages 5+

Easy to use for students. Good product. Delivered on time.

I teach 7th grade science, and I bought a package of these at my local teacher store when I was in a bind for timers. I am so glad I got a second packAlthough, there are only 6 in a box (hence my reason for needing to by a second box), they are very easy for my students to use. I just hand them out, and they figure it out themselves. Sometimes, the LAP button will push and they can't figure out how to reset the timer, but that's the only issue I have found.The battery automatically turns off after probably 10 minutes of inactivity to save power, which I like.Overall- very useful. These timers I made sure to label with my name and room number so they don't go missing! (As some materials can in a large school!)

Theses are great stopwatches for little kids. The buttons are clearly marked so they know which ones to push. I've used them with my class for a couple of years.

I was very disappointed in these timers. Firstly, I think the word "timer" is a stretch. It is more like a stopwatch, timing UP rather than down. I was so excited about this product and having it in my fluency centers in my classroom. However, now I think that a dollar store timer would be better. Once I figured out how to work one of them, the timer immediately died after timing a minute. This was right after I pulled out the strip to start the battery.

After pulling out the battery saver tab, 2 of the timers died immediately. By the next morning, 2 more had dead batteries. With only 2 still working after 24hrs of opening the box, I will be returning them.

Great and easy to use timers for my class. HOWEVER, some of the batteries are already dead. Wish they would include a few extra with price of purchase in this event.

I teach 3rd grade. I bought these timers for my students to use to increase their fluency. These really inspired the students to push for a higer rate of reading. They are simple to use, sturdy, and quite functional. Thanks for a great product.

A l'ouverture de la boite, un des chronomètres ne fonctionnaient déjà pas et 2 autres avaient sur leurs écrans des traces d'écrasement.Après à peine 5 utilisations chacun, il n'en reste que 2 sur les 6 qui fonctionnent. Les autres s'éteignent, ne démarrent plus, ou ont de faux contacts lorsque l'on appuie sur les touches. Je les ai donc démontés, 3 des chronomètres avaient la vis près des piles qui faisaient de faux contact, la coque en plastique est pleine d'irrégularités à l'intérieur qui appuient sur le bouton 3 en permanence ou décalent les touches. Pour le dernier chronomètre, celui qui ne fonctionnait pas à la réception, le fil est carrément dessoudé.Je suis très décue du produit.

My partner purchased these for my son, not entirely sure why she chose to buy him a 6 pack but he was made up with them anyway! The instructions are basic, but lets face it, there's not a huge amount you can write about a stopwatch.It's well worth noting that the battery compartment of these required a screwdriver, meaning kids cant easily remove the button battery which makes the product safe.My son did ask how to turn them off, then later discovered they turn themselves off after a period of time not being in use, so that should enable the batteries to last if they are being stored in a cupboard for weeks inbetween use.

Out of the whole box only a few worked, amazon sent a replacement box again most didn’t work. Sent both boxes back for a refund. Even the ones that worked were temperamental, not something that would stand up to the abuse school schoolChildren would give them in normal use. Could not recommend.
