It would say it feels more like firm than medium-firm (probably because of the pocket springs), but very comfy and breathable. No complaints after one month. The 10 years guarantee gives confidence that it will stand the test of time well. It arrived vacuum packed, safe and clean, and regained its shape in no time. It fits the small-double frame perfectly.My only complaint is with the delivery itself, as the mattress was left in my hall just past my front door and the drivers refused to bring it upstairs, nearer its final destination.
