Good Price, Multiple Sizes, Fast Delivery; My Old Teac Cassette Tape Deck Works Again
I have a Teac cassette deck (desktop model V-360C) from the 1970's and one of the tiny drive belts broke rendering it inoperable. Took a gamble and ordered this kit hoping at least one of the belts would fit. I found one that was exactly like the original from several available in the kit. It worked perfectly; no problem stretching it over the tiny pullies, and my machine is up and running so I can now take some of my old tapes and digitize them.

Perfect sizes, works great
I purchased this to repair my old AKAI DVD player stereo receiver. My DVD tray was not working and making quite a racket every time I turned on my stereo. I found that the belt drive had disintegrated and it was constantly spinning the motor that drives the tray, causing the noisy racket. These replacement belts arrived within hours of ordering, thanks Prime! I cleaned the capstans and tray pulley, and installed the correct size belt. I put the covers back together and Wow! The racket is gone! Of course I now have replacement belts for another hundred years… Well worth it!

great for the value, but not perfect
had to replace a dvd drive belt in a computer, normally nothing too hard. ordered these on a whim since i didnt know what size i needed. as other reviews say the belts are thin, the one that was in the dvd drive was easily twice as thick. the belts when installed work just fine though, so i can't complain about the quality. the only thing i can't say for sure is how long they will last being as thin as they are. if you are looking for a great value they are something nice, but know they are kinda thin.

Replacement drive belt for Sony Walkman
My son bought a Sony Walkman at an estate sale and it seemed fine with no tape inserted but if there was a load on the drive motor/head then it would play at about 1/2 speed. Told my son not to get his hopes up but we ordered this kit as a long shot hoping it was just a belt slipping. Opened up the player and replaced the belt with one that was just slightly smaller than the one we removed. Quality seemed good and if it lasts half as long as the last belt did then I'd say it was a good value. We put the Walkman back together and everything is working as it should.

Decent assortment of belts
The reviews are a little confusing. These are square belts as described. I purchased them to repair an old cassette tape deck inside a doll. I needed two different sizes which I was able to match. Worked well.

okay for repairing toy cassette players
The reason why you get so many belts in this package is that there is a chance you might find one in the size you need that isn't inconsistent in thickness or deformed. A lot of these are cast-offs and are not perfectly square, vary in thickness from wide to thin, and I have a feeling that this type of rubber may turn to "black goo" over time. These would probably be fine for quick replacement on toys, standard cassette recorders that you may use once or twice and forget about, or whatever. But my advice is these are not suited for repairing top-notch cassette decks used in stereo systems, look up something like Bobs Vintage Electronics for NOS OEM belts. Thank you.

Came in Handy
I found my old cassette player in storage, and sadly it wasn’t working anymore. After doing some research, I found out that the main culprit for broken cassette players is usually the belt. I opened it up, and surely enough the belt was disintegrated into a black goo.I took a chance on these and they happened to work out perfectly. With a large variety of sizes, it’s hard not to find one that works. Opening up the cassette player and attaching the belt was fairly simple.I used these to repair my Sony Walkman WM-FX241
