I’ve never had whole spelt before and it’s delish! I made a pot of spelt and a pot of quinoa and stir fried them both with fresh asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli or any veggie out of the garden. Seasoned with herbs Yum!

Great as a cereal, or part of a cereal bowl. I mix different whole grains together, topped with fruit, nuts, and seeds. Fantastic, and keeps you full a good part of the day.

We make flat bread with flour ground from these berries, great taste and texture.

This was a grain that I’ve used all summer in salads, it’s absolutely delicious!!

I have no problems with the product. It’s easily prepared and very good. This is the second time I have purchased it. Unfortunately Amazon shipping and handling has some problems. This package, like several other recent packages from Amazon, came partially opened. This item had a hole in the bag resulting in a small amount being spilled. I guess I should be happy it arrived- I was notified my last package was lost.

I haven't used it yet, but the quality in appearance is beautiful. I'm new to grinding my own flour and had also bought different kind of berries for bread and it turned out fantastic. This I'm saving for biscuits and sweet products and haven't had time to use it yet. But am really excited about the quality.

we were not sure we got the correct kind--but this was the correct kindwe needed seeds that sprout --these were great sprouted fine-my father needed these to make some breads
