Simple Houseware Double Rod Garment Rack, Silver

Maybe it's just me, but I personally love the look of a hanging clothes rack. I lived in a house with 55 other guys, so you can imagine there was limited closet space. I bought this for my room and I actually think it looked really aesthetically pleasing. Not only that but at the time I had way too many clothes, and it held all of them very well. It has bars that extend even further out on the top bar, and that was so useful for me as it also helped me section out types of clothes on it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I was surprised by how sturdy it was for the price! Easy to assemble! Got it right a way. What more could you ask for?

Ok so a few things, lol, when it came in it was a small package. I was asking myself what is this? I opened it and it was the clothes rack I ordered. It has instructions which are easy to follow but none of the parts were labeled so that was irritating but it wasn’t difficult to put together but it would be for some people who don’t know how to follow directions.I put this together with my 2 toddlers “helping” me along the way. I bought this for my childrens clothes so it actually works perfectly for what I need it for. Might not work very well for adults clothes. It’s a little wobbly but not bad, it rolls around just fine.

We have a lot of clothes, and I was concerned this wouldn’t even make a dent in the amount of clothes we had to hang up. It literally handled almost all of them! Both the top and bottom poles are really sturdy. My only small complaint would be that the top could be a little taller to accommodate longer garments without covering the bottom rack.

I wouldn't use the poles that extend out for anything heavy.Overall it holds a LOT of weight. But it definitely wobbles.I had all of my clothes on one wooden bar in the closet that bent and ultimately collapsed under the weight.I put all of those same clothes on this rack and it holds the weight well. Primarily because it's metal and because the weight is split in half with some clothes up top. and some on the lower rack.As long as it's not moving its fine. But if you shift or roll it it wobbles. So it's good for just putting in a closet and not moving it.Also I would prefer each rack to be about 3 inches higher. I have t-shirts on the top rack and to give them space to hang I had to put the lower rack in the lowest position. This puts the collared shirts on the low rack touching the floor. it'd be more ideal to have the lower rack 2 notches higher..and then have the top rack 3 or 6 inches higher also. But thats not possible bc the top rack position is not movable.All in all it's better than what I had with onr huge pole in the closet...and decent for the price. It does what I need and I don't see a need to replace it for something else. it's good. not great.but good.

I should have bought this one long time back. Easy to assemble, not huge, just fits nicely our laundry area. Ideally to hand your non - dryer items, or to hand things just out of the dryer to avoid wrinkles.

I was looking for something mobile for the laundry room, I like to take things directly out of the dryer and put them on hangers, this is perfect to hang clothes on for the kiddos to come grab to take to their closets! Put together by myself, took about 5 mins super simple!

I will give this rack a 3.5/5 stars. Maybe a 4/5.If you are putting a few basic items on this rack - maybe 10-15 lighter weight items on top, and same with bottom, this rack is for you and will work wonderfully. If you pack it to the rim like I do -- 40 items on top and also pack the bottom with all jeans which are heavy, this rack will tip over. If I were to redesign this rack, I would make the base a little wider. This would add sturdiness and then this would not tip over. the quality of the metal bars is very nice, I would recommend this item for general use. Just don't overpack it like I tend to do.

Hang clothes to dry!

I use this to hang all of my uniforms on and while it was a little smaller length wise, it actually fit into the space perfectly. Easy to put together. Good wheels to move around. I would rate it a great buy.

Not amazingly sturdy but easy to put together and holds quite a bit and sturdy enough to do that. I keep mine in one spot for storage in the basement, if you needed to move it around a lot I could see that being an issue. If I needed more I would purchase again.
