These vitamins have everything you need in them!! a lot of vitamins don’t even have iron, but these have the iron in them. They are not fishy and Do Not taste weird. Even if you are not pregnant or postpartum, I would take these just because of everything they have in them.

This is my go to prenatal vitamin brand. When I ordered i was surprised by the orange flavor ( that was my fault though I didn't see they are labeled as such.) It is a fine flavor though so if you hate the taste of a regular vitamin I would recommend trying this.

Prior to purchasing these, I was taking the One A Day Complete prenatal vitamins. Once I ran out of those, I began comparing the nutrition of that with other prenatals. I decided on this one because it has vitamin K, and I don’t want my baby to get the vitamin K shot when it comes out so I figured if I take it in a prenatal, the baby will already have it in its system. To my surprise, these are much more pleasant than the One A Day pills. I did not realize when I purchased these, but they are orange flavored which I find quite delightful. No yucky fishy after taste and when you open the bottle there’s a light orange fragrance versus a gag scent. Additionally, these have vitamin B-12, which I wish I had during my first trimester. The only thing this prenatal lacks is the choline pill that came with the one day complete. So I purchased a separate choline supplement and both supplements together are cheaper and more effective in my opinion than the one a day. That’s just my two cents.

I’ve been taking these Nature Made Prenatal softgels and I’m really happy with them! They’re easy to swallow and don’t have a strong aftertaste like some other prenatal vitamins I’ve tried. I love that they include both folic acid and DHA, which are essential for baby’s brain, eye, and nervous system development. Plus, it’s just one softgel a day—super convenient!
