They really work very well.
These gell cushions really work. Just remove the cover on one side and stick the gell cushion inside your shoes. Very comfortable, very strong adhesive so they don't slip out of place and very easy to install.

Not that effective
I wore these for a few hours in low heels and they made minimal difference. There’s also an uneven amount of left and right insoles in the pack.

I can walk again!
These little pads literally stick to your feet and are washable/reusable. Invisible even in open shoes, 10,000/day are not longer a problem with metatarsal injuries. They have literally changed my life.

Returned and bought more expensive but comfortable ones instead!

Keeps sandals from slipping
I love these gel pads for keeping my feet from sliding forward in some of my sandals. They are very sticky but pull up easily as I did several times to reposition them. My feet run towards narrow and often times sandals are looser than I'd like. These help solve the problem by taking up a bit of space and keeping my foot in the correct place. I don't know if they are thick enough to help someone who has foot pain, but they fit my purpose very well. I have re ordered more!

Prodotto ben fatto. Rende molto comoda la calzata della scarpa e ottimo ausilio per il plantare. Qualità differente rispetto ad altri prodotti. Morbido e spesso, può servire anche per scarpe un po' lunghe e per favorire uso delle scarpe alte. Molto consigliati!
