Dry mouth melts now in a cinnamon flavor
I have been plagued with burning mouth syndrome and dry mouth. I have used the XyliMelts on a regular basis for the past 6 to 8 months. They are a god send for keeping my mouth moist. I have them stashed in all my bags.I found the cinnamon flavor and decided to try them. To be honest I didn’t think I was going to use them because they really do smell and taste like cinnamon. I have used them at home because they come in a bottle not in the blister dispenser of the original XyliMelts. I do like the cinnamon flavor it’s not as overpowering as I thought they maybe. It actually taste like I am have a cinnamon bun. It helps keep my sweet tooth at bay. Give them a try and see how you like them.

True Life Savers (not Lifesavers)
These discs are true life savers! Due to medications I take, my mouth gets extremely dry—especially at night when I sleep. One night, it was so bad I couldn’t swallow—my mouth and throat were so dry that I could not generate enough saliva just to swallow in my sleep! I woke up in a panic. I thought my throat was closing up. It was frightening.I’ve always kept bottled water by the bedside at night, but sometimes the sleeping self does not want to wake up to drink. I also began to keep lozenges by the bed at night, but my biggest fear was aspirating one of those, and choking to death. (The things that cross your mind when you grow up in a medical family.)Then I found XyliMelts! These gems saved my life and my sanity! Each one has a natural vegetable layer that adheres anywhere in your mouth you choose to position it. They recommend the side of a molar; I use the roof of my mouth. I’ve tried both, and the roof is simply more comfortable for me. Each person has to find his/her comfort zone. All I know is that I have never suffered that choking problem since I discovered XyliMelts. I am very grateful. I am happier STILL that I found these huge bottles available of 120 lozenges each on Amazon! I had been purchasing 40 lozenges at a time from the local pharmacy for $10.79, and they NEVER went on sale! Our pharmacy developed a generic, but it was a poor copy—very poor, and I am usually the first to endorse generics—not this time. The only thing I might like to see with some of these larger orders, now that more flavors are available, is that there be a mix/match, rather than requiring both bottles to be the same flavor. It’s gonna be a LONG while with Mild Mint!If you’re on the fence about these mints, think no further! They are flavorful (and have flavors to match all tastes), and have a built-in safety mechanism; they can NOT be accidentally swallowed once moisture has been applied to the dark part of the tablet, and it is positioned for 30 seconds. Good peace of mind for user or caregiver.

Almost eliminates dry mouth with my cpap.
Not exactly perfect but I don't wake up feeling like I've spent a week in the desert with no water. These are really helpful for us mouth breathers at night. I use two every night tucked up in my cheeks as far up as I can get them. They glue themselves to my gums and last most of the night.

They Really Work
After going through chemotherapy my mouth was incredibly dry. I would wake up in the middle of the night and my mouth would feel like I'd been hiking through the Sahara desert with no water. Pretty parched. I had tried other dry mouth remedies and none worked as well as ZyliMelts. Now I won't buy anything else. I usually chew gum to help with dry mouth during the day, but obviously don't do that for sleeping at night. One tablet is all I need to keep me from my nighttime hike through the Sahara. There is a "fuzzy tan" side and a smooth white side. The fuzzy side adheres to your mouth, above your teeth on your gums, and it sticks throughout a good portion of the night. I just found them in a jar rather than the foil packets that I'd purchased previously. I personally like the mild mint flavor.

For chronic dry mouth, not a choking hazard when I’m sleeping
Recommended by my dental hygienist. They work, but I only use them at night because they hurt my gums. I make sure to put them in a different place each night but after prolonged use, my gums are always painful. This particular packaging was a good value, the little suckers are expensive, but the seller only sent one bottle—supposed to be a pack of two, Amazon refunded half the purchase price—but I see the current price has gone way up so I won’t be a repeat customer.

They work and stay put. I forget they are in my mouth!
Due to medications I must take, my mouth is terribly dry. I’ve bought sprays, toothpastes, mints of every variety, anything I thought might help. My dry mouth was affecting my teeth. My dental hygienist suggested Xylimelts. And, hallelujah, they work. Not cheap here locally so I looked elsewhere and found these. You just wet with your tongue or stick one in your mouth for a few seconds. Then position between jaw and teeth. It sticker and stays until it melts away. I use two at night. They last about three hours for me.
