As described, my boy loves it. A little pricey for what it is but he really wanted one for his birthday so it was worth it

I did not receive the watch that's in the picture but still a Ben 10 watch.He loves it so no complaints here🤷🏾

Very upset the battery died after one day. And it must happen regularly they told me to replace battery versus coming with a battery with shelf life!!

This was a present for my five year old grandson. Package arrived on time and was as promised

This was an urgent wish list request from a grandchild. Xmas morning, he was quite excited but it didn't work. A new battery later, still didn't work. Arranging the return/exchange was complicated as I hadn't marked it as a gift and they are 13 hours away. But Amazon, me, and the recipient's mom worked together and within a matter of days, he's a very happy kid. Takeaway lesson is always mark it as a gift so they include a gift receipt.

When I received this the packaging was half way opened and the watch didn’t even work. My son still loves it to wear but so disappointing to pull out of the Amazon box to wrap on Christmas Eve, and it was half opened and not working.
