Mario Party 3 - Nintendo 64

This is the same exact game I played as a child. However, the photos made it seem like I would be getting a old used original game, which is what i wanted, but this is a new remake of the game. It doesn't matter though because it is indistinguishable other than the fact that it looks brand new.

The game turns on on the first try, everything seems to be working well. The game did freeze once but I recall that was one of the N64 flaws. Even when it was new, sometimes it wouldn't start games on the first try and sometimes games paused. So yeah, over all I like the quality the game came in, it got here so fast it was sitting in the mailbox for probably a couple days. Lol these guys are good, you can buy from them with confidence. 👍

All Nintendo 64 cartridges don't have a circle dot for the i in Nintendo on the back, it's a square dot there's also a serial number on the back on the right side of the label

I was nervous about some of the other reviews, but do your research on the seller and you will get a good copy.

Mario Party 3The cartridge looked great upon arrival, but it felt oddly lighter than any of my other N64 games. When I slid it into the N64 it also felt really strange, as in it did not slide in as smoothly as any other game. I must have tried to turn it on over 30 times, not once did it read. I tested out each of my other games and got them all to work either on the first try or within 3 or 4. Very disappointed. The seller was named "HarStep" so steer clear from there since the other games could easily be fake as well.

The third title in the popular Mario Party series (and the last one to be released for the Nintendo 64) is a great game. I can't get enough of it! I especially love the minigames. Eatsa Pizza, Hey Batter Batter, and The Beat Goes On are just a few of the numerous minigames that Mario Party 3 has to offer. This game is a MUST-HAVE for Mario Party enthusiasts. Hope it gets released on Virtual Console ASAP.

I am a little disappointed with the third Mario Party. The first one was so fun and straight forward. I think this one just has a little too much going on with it.

Of all the first three games, Mario Party 3 was an another solid multiplayer "Party" game, but no where near as high as MP2.The story mode is a worthy addition to the series (MP4 story mode remains the best), new characters are great, and the boards are unique and interesting. Half of the mini-games are good, but others do not meet the standards or my expectations.Still, it is a fun game to enjoy. I like MP2, but if you want something a good party game, this is the one.
