We got this because the disposable roasting pans did not allow the bottom of a turkey to get nicely cooked. We were not disappointed in this pan. It gives both a V shaped rack and a smaller rack that fits below the larger one. I have cooked a turkey on the V rack and a chicken on the smaller one. I had excellent results with both. The pan is also stainless steel and more durable than aluminum. We are completely satisfied.

Love this roasting pan perfect for a turkey breast what I wanted it for . So many multi uses with this pan. Stainless steel, made well, I like the tall handles on the sides to lift out of the oven, that was a plus. Great for making Lasagna🙂

Bought it to cook my 14 pound Thanksgiving turkey and it was perfect. Easy to clean. I’m really pleased with the design of the handles; they are more upward oriented than outward fitting into my smaller than average oven easily. The pan is sturdy and moderate in weight, a real consideration for arthritic users.

Very happy with this roasting pan. Would recommend to friends etc. Pan comes with the flat broil screen rack and the larger lift out roasting rack.Picture is a 4lb chicken so lots of room for larger meats. Pan itself has lots of room for vegetables etc. Holds temp even and no hot spots that I can see after multiple uses. Air flow is even around the meat as well.Cleans up pretty easy if cleaned right after use. Might stain over time if not cleaned but will not leave oil residue on pan. Decent quality and so far some great meals out of it.

I ordered this pan to cook my first prime rib. It fit my 9 lb roast perfectly. The grate holds the roast above the drippings and collects nicely for gravy.

Nice and study, hefty but not too heavy like some pans. Handles on the pan were easy to grasp, as are the handles on the rack, which made lifting the roast out very easy. I have a conventional oven so the handles weren't too high and I was able to have another oven rack in the oven with side dishes. The small flat rack that is included worked for the potatoes, kept them out of the juices. Pan was very easy to clean afterwards. Even though it had been in the the oven for several hours, I didn't have to leave it to soak. I'm very happy with my purchase, it was just what I've been looking for.

I'm quite happy with this pan. It is as advertised. First it came really fast and was packaged very securely. I used the pan for the first time roasting my Thanksgiving Turkey. Either this pan does miracles or it somehow improoved my cooking because my turkey came out perfectly. You can say it's the pan if you like. Regardless, I highly recommend this sturdy pan. It is easy to clean and not so heavy you need a chiropractor. I also used the flat rack to cool off some baked items but I was too hungry to take a photo. Trust me it is a quality rack as well.

The roasting pan performed very well from its initial use. Accessing the food being roasted is easy. My standards are different than most as I have been a single Dad who raised five sons. Any cooking or baking utensil that can add convenience in that busy kind of a kitchen environment is most welcomed.
