Perfect for the organisers... Keeps you on track and looks good!

Easy to follow and fill in, nice selection of stickers. The only downside for me is that there isn’t a full 8 weeks worth of space for your daily tracking, mines 5 days short so my last weigh day is 5 days after the last pay in my daily tracker bit which is defeating the objective of having the daily stuff.

perfect for slimming world , spacious , i have big writing and struggle with many planners. A5 spiral bound.you can log hunger before meal, meal time, mood etc as per pictures.easy to quickly fill in its all there everything you need for slimming world.find it easier than the sw ones where you separate out the speed but can use highlighters in this if needed quality paper means ink doesn’t go through.lots of extra pages of goals, charts, measurements. just perfect about to order another

I’ve been looking for a weight loss (slimming world) planner for a while and finally came across this one on Amazon. Other sites/companies are rather pricey. This diary has everything I need to get me on my way and it didn’t break the bank. The quality is great and the packing was lovely!! They have really put thought to all those little details. Will be ordering as soon as this one is full up!!

Very pretty design, love having the colours it tricks my brain to keep on going. The pages are thought out beautifully, everything you need to keep you on track. Will be going to the sellers website next time and buying the shell with the inserts instead. 10/10 absolutely wonderful
