Bottelsen Aces High 90% Tungsten Steel Tip 1/4-Inch Diameter Dart

I did like the set of darts a lot but, in order to get my normal performance:1.- I did change the shafts to long ones2.- The flights were also changedThe grip and balance, for me were superb (after changes 1 and 2).I did not gave a 5 stars because in the first bounce back from a hit in the board wire the tip of the dart did suffer a little bent. I have other sets of darts for years and never happen that, so I had to re sharp it. So the steel tip is softer than what it should be.

I think the best thing about these are the price, and they fly pretty straight. They are on the long side, so I put some micros on and some pentathlon 150's to balance it out. They are fun to throw.

Not a bad set of darts for the money def worth it well balanced stick well but mine did not come with nylon shafts came with aluminum ones. Not complaining to me that's a plus! Only reason I gave them 4 stars is because the one thing I hate about them is the straight cut. my hammerheads and pirahanas are tapered so you position you finger in the same spot but for the price of these and quality definitely well worth it!

Could not be happier with these darts. Some reviews said they had plastic stems, but mine came with aluminum stems. Balance and feel could not be better. Perfect darts for someone wanting tungsten darts but doesn’t want to spend a lot of money. I looked for multiple days before I decided on these ones and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.

I got the 24 gram weight (usually throw a 22g, but wanted to get a heavier set to see). It has a good grip, though I prefer a smoother one like my 22s. Still an awesome value and they go where you throw them. Sometimes that's not a good thing. Need a splash or two, right?

These darts exceeded my expectations, they are in the 70-100 dollar tungsten dart quality. Did they come with plastic shafts, yep, did i replace the plastic shafts with aluminum ones before I even threw them, yep. If you are a dart player, shafts and flights are something that you go through, always have extras. I do not think its fair to judge a dart on the quality of the shaft. These are very nice looking Tungsten darts, that throw very well. If you want great darts on a budget these are a great choice

Updated review after six months of play:The bad: Within 4 minutes of play on a brand new professional quality dartboard the shafts on two of these darts broke. The shafts are incredibly brittle. One broke from contact with another. The second broke when it fell to the ground following the contact. During this ordeal one of the cheap and poorly cut flights became mangled beyond salvation. The flights also frequently popped out of the shafts when they landed on the board.The solution: Expect a short life span from these shafts and purchase a set of replacement shafts and durable flights along with this set. Or, purchase a set of less expensive back up darts that come with extra metal shafts. Since replacing the shafts on these darts I have had 6 months of unhindered play.The good: These darts have great barrels that grip and fit nicely. There is a noticeable increase in accuracy and precision with a short learning curve. If they performed as well out of the package as they did after falling apart and being repaired with third-party pieces they would absolutely deserve 5 stars. Since two of the four pieces of the dart are well below expectations at this price point I took away half of the stars. Additionally, since I had to spend additional money and wait additional time for replacement third-party pieces I am rounding down to two stars.The facts: These darts are unreliable out of the package. Unlike competitively priced darts they do not include replacement shafts or flights. The shafts are incredibly difficult to remove without destroying them. The included carrying case is the plastic packaging that they come in so it is just a plastic flap that protects them. The flap, well, flaps open and closed because there is nothing to keep it in position. But with replacement pieces, this is a great set of darts.I recommend this product to individuals who already have an established dart maintenance kit with replacement shafts or flights or to individuals looking for a high-content tungsten shaft at a fairly reasonable price who do not mind purchasing additional parts for maintenance.

I like these darts. It’s my first set of tungsten. They are slimmer than the darts that come with the dart board and heavy enough to stick in the board. They could have included rubber o rings to stop the shafts from coming loose to the dart tip, that’s minor though.
