Its very easy to use adjustable strap a usefull and all type of body can fit it

perfect fit and this is adjustable. I am 176 cm tall and 80 kgs. I still have couple of inches left both height and waist wise to loosen in this belt. Seems to be good quality and reflects well in night against light.price seems varying. I bought for 260 rs and within a week, price dropped to 190 rs. both with free delivery for prime members. as this cannot be returned, I couldnt return it to awail the price drop.
