I wish I could’ve picked the color I received, but I ended up getting a green version of the hat. It was very well made and put together. It fit perfectly for an adult which was its intended use.The hat was perfect for my costume and was a lot of fun! Would recommend if you’re looking for a sea-themed hat.

These hats are whimsical and fun. All in all, they are pretty sturdy and hold up to repeated wearings. I recommend hand-washing and air drying them; I wouldn’t put them in the washing machine or dryer.

I was planning an 87th birthday party for my husbands grandmother. Due to her advanced age I built a large photo backdrop that could fit all the adult children, adult grandchildren, and great grand children. Traditionally I am very against a photo booth. I mention all this becuase I was very critical and specific about the photo booth "props". Believe me when I say this hat was a game changer and no one could look at it on someone without laughing. It has single handedly changed by feelings about photo booths. Get this hat, even my husband could not help but make a funny face while wearing it. Fit me well, but was tight on the older men of the family. Even so, everyone enjoyed it.

Very well made hat. Got a kick out of all of my friends and family members, and it's very sturdy. Not being able to choose the color disappointed me slightly, but I was sent the color I would have chosen so I'm not complaining too much. It's great for the price and would be a nice gift for a silly person like myself.

The hat itself is cute. However, I ordered this for our Vacation Bible School Praise Team THINKING there would be 12…T W E L V E hats. None of the stock pictures indicated there was only 1 hat. I take responsibility for having not scrolled all the way down to double check the quantity. But even in the description it says HATS not HAT. Very deceiving. Also, it got here today and as soon as I opened it, the first thing I saw was the hole in the fabric on the eye. I don’t have time to deal with return and will sew the fabric and use it at some point during VBS. But so sad this was not what it seemed to be and not enough for my team. AND…by the sound of the other reviews, most people received PINK, even when purchasing multiple to try to get different colors (read reviews AFTER I purchased). Mine was pink also, so if you order in hopes to get some other color, chances are, you’ll get pink.

Hilarious. Purchased for my daughter's Super Secret Surprise Sweet 16 "Luau Theme" birthday party for the Photo Booth. Hysterical. We received the blue Squid and the teens fought over who would wear Squid and who would wear the Shark Hat (also purchased on Amazon). Other items purchased for the Photo Booth on Amazon were the 4 foot Giant Inflatable banana, 24 pack wax lips and sticky mustaches (if you need any ideas). In addition to these items, we had swim goggles, swim masks, grass skirts, leis, a beachcomber hat, fins, coconut bras, 3 pair giant sunglasses, a tropical backdrop, inflatable palm trees, inflatable flamingos, and flower hair clips. Squid is a hilarious hat and was a hit!

I wish that you could choose what color hat you receive. I was sent a red squid hat, and I felt somewhat uncomfortable wearing it as it resembles male genitalia. Had I had the option, I would have purchased a blue hat instead.
