Mens Combat Military Army Patrol Hiking Cadet Work Brown Leather Boot All Sizes

You usually do get what you pay for. But this is my 3rd pair of these boots - which cost 1/3 of usual hiking boots - all of which (Dr Martens, British Army combat boots, designer brands) usually end up with their soles separating from their uppers. The first pair of these was discarded when a lace eyelet tore open. I'm wearing the second pair every day (very comfortable) and this last pair are a back-up. Yes they scuff, but this may be the only con. I think they are good value for the money.NOW I say do not buy these boots. Since the first review above I was daft enough to buy more pairs. The 4th pair were scrapped after 3 weeks when a 1/2 inch hole appeared in the soles of both boots where a circular grip wore through. I thought this a 1-off so tried another pair. This AM I got two wet feet when the same holes appeared after 4 weeks. The last still new pair seem to be paper thin in the usual place and I'll use then till the holes inevitably appear.I have already bought an alternative brand.

At this price point these are the boss you will easily get a year hard labour out of these , go for it , plus they look cool

bought for the look alone..not into hiking..but a good well fitting boot and true to size.

II previously owned a pair of kombat boots, that where full leather and black and they lasted about 7 months (hard use and not being polished or treated) .however this pair, after its 2nd use, the leather on the toe has scuffed off quite badly... you get what you pay for, its always worth spending a bit of extra cash when it comes to boots.However, for the price, you cant complain, theyre comfortable and fit, a good pair of backup boots.
