I use tumeric in alot of my cooking, smoothies different things and it's good for my fibromyalgia I have one a day and they are value for money, also easy to swallow.

I am very impressed.Only been taking for a week and has taken the edge off .I have 2 squashed discs and arthritous of my spine .I take a lot of strong painkillers.But they don't seem to do much now but this seems to helping .As its inflammatory its helps.

No idea if they are helping me, but i do not seem to ache so much, i feel they do work, and will continue to take Tumeric ,

I have problems with acid reflux and I don't have issues that this product. Still early days and hope it takes care of my inflammation.

Superb quality capsules. Although slightly larger than others, they are still easy to swallow with liquid. With my sensitive stomach it took a few days to adjust to the ingredients, but it wasn't that bad. I do think someone with IBS may have problems getting used to it. I didn't expect to get pain relief from these tablets as my pain can't be treated, but I belief I'll soon start seeing a difference in my stiff joints.

Although tablets are large and a bit hard to swallow I have noticed pain relief after one week. Over all happy with this product.
