Almost through my microwave away, was sparking and burned a hole in the existing waveguide. Googled and found that this is a common issue, and replacing the waveguide( did not even know it was there) often fixes the issue. I used the old waveguide as a template, cut out a new one and all works fine again . Loads left over to use as future spares.

Nice thickness and good quality - 4 squares in a pack. Best to cut carefully with a Stanley knife as mica can crack and break easily. Recommend and for the price you can’t go wrong.
