Works as described. I used this for a coffee bean grinder and an electric grill I got from US both of which do not have any electronic controls. This converter works for only heating elements or mechanical devices, do not use on electronic devices such as laptop, audio systems, etc. for that you need the larger converter box.

This is a very useless unit and not good to use anywhere.My costly battery charger of power failed by using this dirty converter.It is mentioned as in their brochure and on package clearly that it can be used to all USA appliance and my charger burned. The company has to reimburse this charger or pay me back the cost.i humbly request all Not to use this converter or go nearby.Amazon should ban this product.PLEASE DONT USE THIS CONVERYER FOR ANY APPLICATION.YOU WILL REGRET .Thanks Jayaram Venkatraman mob 9987002186

I was sceptical to buy it after looking at online reviews but I m happy with purchase as it works well for my electric iron of 1800w bought from USA. Though it will become bit hot after prolong use but works well for around 30 min of ironing without any issue. I have using it for around one month and happy with purchase as I had no option to use my iron.

The 1000 watts American make mixer grinder worked at the first time. Second time, the mixer grinder windings got burnt.I do not recommend to buy this product.

I am using it on my record player and it is working very well I am happy i bought it
