ACSTEP 9 Inch Folding Step Stool, 15 Inch Extra-Wide, 300 lbs, Black

I bought the stepstool to help me reach the upper shelves in my bedroom closet and it works perfectly. It’s lightweight, easy to carry, and folds flat for convenient storage were not in use. Despite being lightweight, it feels sturdy and secure when standing on it. Overall it’s a simple practical product that does exactly what I needed it to do. I would definitely recommend it

****UPDATE***** After nearly 2 years of daily use we now have 7 of these stools. Just bought our 3rd 2-pack & bumped my stars from 4/5 to 5/5. That 9" of extra height is an absolute blessing because @4'10" most of the world is built taller than I... so I use steppy stools in every room as well as out on our porch & in the shed :D Puts me tall enough that I can reach so many things without a grabber (awkward & often requires multiple attempts), or heroic tall person immediately at hand, including the clothes in the bottom of our armpit height top loading washer. :D <3 <3 <3 I have balance issues & the extra width is a huge plus, much easier to stand comfortably stable and not feel like I'm teetering on a tiny step. Also great for sitting on doing low to the floor chores. These are amazingly sturdy, durable & soooo handy. They unfold easy and fold flat enough to tuck out of the way, easily at hand without being in the way. I actually just semi-retired my original one to the shed where I'll use it a few times a week rather than the 20-30x a day for my desk. Initial Review: I've been using the first one about 3 weeks, and the 2-pack arrived today. This is an awesome height & width as a footrest under my standing height (for me) desk when I do sit on my shop stool... which is so tall I use the same step stool to climb up on my seat many times a day :D I now have one in the kitchen & one in the utility room. Honestly I can't sit on the floor without assistance getting up, & @4' 10", 225lbs (60lbs down) many nearby things to grab for leverage are often just too tall for me to use. I can no longer kneel or crawl on anything but I sumo squat just dandy :D This step stool is a good height & width to sit on for close to floor tasks such as accessing bottom cupboards and drawers & monkey puzzling furniture together, while being much easier to stand up from. Cons? It does feel a bit flimsier than I'd like in the middle & I am stepping onto & standing on this with a wider stance to save wear & tear on the center. I am hoping it wears well.

These step stools are very sturdy, easy to fold up, and store. You feel safe standing on it and know it won't collapse. It's a good stool and a fair price.

This step stool is surprisingly sturdy. I always needed just a little more height to reach the ceilings for cleaning or to change a light bulb. I finally got tired of carrying a chair to the area I needed so I gave this item a try. It opens easily and is supported well. Also, folds flat for easy storage. Great find.

Purchased this ACSTEP 11 inch collapsible step stool for a 34 1/2" tall toddler to reach the bath sink that's 34" tall. Right now his hand is held to get up on it and I'm right there when he's on it. Within time, he'll be able to do it alone.. as other children have grown into it. They even learned how to collapse the stool, being careful so as to not pinch their fingers. Kids learned easily. On occasion I have used it to stand on and felt very steady. Stool stores easily & compactly.

I truly wish I could give this chair a full 10-star rating! My grandson treasures this chair and carries it with him absolutely everywhere we go. I'm not exaggerating when I say that it's become a constant companion for him. Whether we're at the park visiting family or enjoying a leisurely afternoon feeding the ducks, you can bet you'll see him with his beloved chair by his side. What amazes me is his ability to handle it all on his own; he confidently carries it to the bathroom so he can reach the sink to wash his hands, and to the kitchen when he wants to grab his favorite snacks. Watching him maneuver with it fills my heart with joy. This chair has not only become a symbol of his independence, but it also plays a significant role in building his self-confidence. I can honestly say that it has made a positive impact on his daily life, empowering him to do things for himself and encouraging his adventurous spirit. He absolutely adores his chair, and I couldn't be more pleased with this remarkable purchase!

As far as the step stool goes, it is great --- steady and weight bearing. BUT, there are two stickers, one on each side of the stool, that display cautions et al that are applied with an adhesive that is far from friendly to the user. To remove these stickers consumes plenty of time (and hot water) and even then, the adhesive coating is extremely difficult to dissolve such that it's remnants don't show. Possibly nail polish remover might help .... just know you will need to address if you don't want the stickers showing. Better solution would be if the product manufactucturer applied adhesive stickers that self release....

Folds easily, is sturdy and is not too short, not to tall. I love it. Mind you I am 130 lb and 4'9.

Súper resistente, práctica y bonita, a mi niña de dos años le gustó mucho y la lleva por toda la casa. Lo único que no me gustó es que los círculos blancos son de fomi y embonan en huecos que tiene la sillita en el asiento y están mal pegados y mi niña las puede quitar sin mucho esfuerzo.

My 1yr old grandson uses this chair whenever he is over. Sturdy.
