Fortune Candy Milk Frother, Detachable Jug, Electric Automatic Milk Foam Maker and Warmer for Latte and Cappuccino, ETL & LFGB Certified, BPA Free

For 6 months I did research trying to find the best milk frother so I could make cappuccinos from the comfort of my own home. I probably looked through hundreds of these things on Amazon, Target, William Sonoma, etc. I found that the majority of complaints with milk frothers came down to a few key points: doesn't froth milk well, burns the milk, not easy to wash and (the #1 complaint...) they ALL break down at some point. People don't like that they drop $50-$130 and it doesn't matter what the price is, at some point, it breaks.With these points in mind, I found this frother, which is arguably one of the cheapest frothers on amazon at ~$35 when I purchased it. Reading others reviews, I could tell it produced froth, it was dishwasher safe and would not burn the milk. The last hurdle is determined by time - how long is it going to last? Who knows. At $35, I feel far more comfortable knowing that at some point it will stop working but my investment in this product was half the price of the average frother.This product was purchased 1 March 2020, I will update when it stops working.Pros:-Easy to clean-Quality froth-Cold froth option-Oat milk success (included which brand used in photos + quality of froth)-Frothing cup does have a spout (comes to a point) to make easy to pour-PRICE** (if remains <$35)Cons:-So far so good---------------------------------------------UPDATE 11 April 2020Still working great with twice daily use.**As someone who works in finance, I appreciate financial transparency:With the price increase to nearly $40 now, I am unsure if I still recommend this product. You can use online price trackers (google "amazon price tracker") to show you that this product has been as low as $27 since its first introduction on Amazon. In fact, one of the original reviews notes they spent only $30. I have a few weddings and birthdays coming up that I had planned to purchase a number of these as gifts but will not be any more as there are other products at this price point with more proven track record (ie. reviews dating further back showing that the product lasts for >1 year).I will keep my 5 star rating for now because for my original purchase, I am satisfied. But current opinion is that the price point is not worth it.---------------------------------------------UPDATE 25 July 2020Still working well with daily use.---------------------------------------------UPDATE 29 November 2020The amount of foam produced has decreased significantly over time but still producing some. Possible that whisk has slowed down.Was previously able to make two cappuccinos with good froth by filling to the "max cappuccino" line, now I need to run the machine two separate times on "min cappuccino" if I want to make two - AND as many reviews have mentioned, it takes A LONG time for this to finish frothing so running it twice is just painful.

I am not a microwave oven person so I don’t own one which is no problem in my life EXCEPT when I pour refrigerator-cold creamer into hot coffee and end up with lukewarm (lukewarm if I am lucky, usually colder) coffee.I follow a keto diet so heavy whipping cream in coffee is actually a breakfast food for me. With my frother I can now heat my heavy whipping cream before adding it to my coffee and have my coffee hot instead of barely lukewarm.The frother handles the more viscous heavy whipping cream just fine and on the hot froth setting makes perfect cappuccino foam (just watch your fill lines on the inside of the metal cup, I ignored them when I first used it and hot milk and foam overflowed all over the counter).My end result was a coffee drink that tasted like a fancy latte.I love the price and how small it is. I don’t have unlimited counter space in my apartment, but this fits nicely next to my automatic coffee maker. It is easy to clean as well (I give it a quick rinse by filling it with water and running the “hot froth” setting to get all spaces between the whisk cleaned out).

I'd been looking for a milk frother for my daughter for Christmas but wasn't impressed with anything I had found. All of the frothers I found under $50 had the container with the heating element integrated. You can't get water on the outside of the unit while washing or it could ruin it. The frothers that had a heating base with a separate cup were much more expensive and out of my price range. Then this showed up just days before Christmas! It had everything I had been looking for at a very reasonable price--a heating base with easy to use controls and a removable, easy to clean stainless steel cup. The little magnetic wire wisk even stores conveniently on the bottom of the base. It has all of the features of frothers that are double and triple the cost! At $30 I figured I couldn't go wrong. So far we've been very happy with it. I'm surprised at how much creamy froth this makes! It also has a larger capacity than most machines I'd found. Another plus-- the heating temperature is warmer than I'd expected from such a small unit. Hoping it lasts us for years to come!

I had a Capresso frother that lasted almost 7 years so when it finally bit the dust I looked to get another. After reading all the reviews that said it did not last long I thought I must have gotten a good one but didn't want to spend out for another. Looking at the selection I opted to try the Fortune Candy inspite of the name. It has a nice design and stainless cup which comes out to clean. It only comes with one frothing disc but I never lost or needed the extras on the Capresso. It is noiser than the other and takes a bit longer but the froth is superior. The Capresso always made too foamy a froth for me and if you removed it early enough to get the creamier froth it wasn't hot enough. The Fortune Candy makes a beautiful homogenous froth that pours out beautifully. Have not had it long so not sure if it will last but the price was right and I like it so far.

I’ve had this for a couple of months now and love it. Wish I would have bought it from the beginning. Tried to save a few $$ and bought a different one that didn’t last long because it was one complete unit, could detach for cleaning. My favorite thing about this one, easy to clean. It’s detachable and can be submerged in water. Definitely worth a few extra dollars for that convenience. Looks nice, compact, gets the job done. I recommend

I love this little milk frother. It looks lovely on my countertop and does a great job frothing Oat milk (I don't use regular milk). It is also much easier to clean than my old one. It also warms the milk to a perfect temperature.Thank you!

I love this frothed, it makes the perfect milk forth for your coffee or tea. I use it every day. It’s easy to clean. It works well on non dairy products.
