The best woman's vitamin I've found to help my peri-menopause symptoms and just keep me feeling good on the inside.

New chapter claims to contain only natural ingredients,not synthetic. Kind of big, but no problem swallowing.

Been taking for a month or two and can definitely see a difference!! Definitely recommend! Can take on empty stomach, pretty big pills tho. Taste isn’t bad if you don’t keep it in your mouth too long. But does go away quick if you get the taste in your mouth.

This multivitamin has been great for me! I went through many vitamins and I finally landed on this one due to the fact that I feel good taking it. The vitamins get mixed reviews on here, but I do find that the negative ones haven't held true for me. I did my research on these and they have good ingredients, an easy dosage, and a good company mission statement. As a preschool teacher, I take winters very seriously! When Fall hits, I break out my sanitizer and amp up my vitamin C intake to boot. I consider my multivitamin to be the backbone of my wellness routine. The fact that this one has added immune support is a plus for me. I have noticed shortened colds since I began taking this a little over a year ago. I also compared prices at Max Wellness where I found the product for almost 50% more money than it is on Amazon and I was told that it was the best women's multi that they carried. All of this considered, I find this to be a great product at a great price!

I love this vitamin. It says you can take it on an empty stomach, and I find that is true for me. It's one of the only vitamins I can take that does not upset my stomach, and it also seems to give me noticeable energy. That's a big deal for me, because that's something I really lack. Only downside at all has nothing to do with the vitamin, but I buy it using the autoship program which saves a few dollars, and on two occasions when I received it the glass bottle it comes in was broken. I had to sort out the glass, because it clearly is breaking somewhere along the shipping process. The box itself won't even be damaged, but yet the bottle manages to get broken. I think they need to work on their packaging and I sent Amazon another message along with pictures of the broken bottle. Hopefully, they will rectify that issue, but as far as the product goes. It's the best I've used.

I'm 35 and I have some issues--anxiety, depression, hormone imbalance, etc--I've been told by my dr that I need to take vitamins, and I was interested in making sure I was getting 'enough' vitamins and minerals throughout the day. I'm not 20 anymore, so health is a big deal now. When I don't take them, I can definitely feel a difference throughout the day. these vitamins improve my mood (no longer take anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds since I started taking these) and I have a steady flow of energy all day. I loved them so much and they've made such a big difference in my life that I recommend them to literally everyone! (my husband and my aunt have started taking them, too!)

These vitamins has nutrients It will keep you awake if taken late evening. Very good product.

I bought the multivitamins for my relative; she is 25. After almost a month, she is reporting significant improvement in her energy levels, and her skin and hair condition. She takes the multivitamins in the morning. Never sensed side effects.

The vitamins came promptyly, there's 72 pills in the jar. Since taking it, I feel twice as good as I did before.

Finally found a vitamin that doesn’t upset my stomach, unfortunately up to 23of the tablets were broken :(

Very pleased with these vitamins. They are so easy to take every day! Has no bad taste, and no smell. Also the extra probiotics help.
