Head Strap Only.
Pay close attention when ordering this item. It states head gear and also shows a picture with the strap and Mask. However its only the head strap you receive. The Mask is a separate purchase.

The photo is misleading
This is the strap that I wanted but I was expecting the entire unit as shown in the photo... including mask and headgear straps. This is just for the strap, which is available on amazon cheaper. I returned it.
