Captains of Crush (CoC) Key: The Key to Building a Stronger Grip

Best purchase of my life. Game changer for measuring and making progress on grippers I either can’t close yet or don’t feel comfortable closing for multiple reps.

Very useful when jumping a level before you can perform consistent clicks. Measures your progress in a meaningful way until you become able to count clicks. Also use as a one- or two-crush test on the next level up with CoC grippers. Great feedback on measurable performance leads to sustained motivation. Crush-em.

If you can't close the grips all the way then close them as much as you can. Eventually you'll get stronger.If you really want to waste $13 on some pointless extra piece of equipment why not just get 13 single dollar bills and roll them up into a small tube? Use that between your grips.This does absolutely nothing that you aren't already doing except take your money and make a tiny "clink" sound.

For Captains of Crush grippers that you can close fully, it's pretty easy to get a sense of your progress with it - how many times can you close it before your hand gives out? With grippers you cannot fully close, it's a bit more nebulous - how do you really measure your progress? That's where this product comes in.The idea is that it is milled to several different thicknesses, from very thick all the way down to a few millimeters, so you can accurately measure how close you are to being able to close the gripper.I have to say, the price is the only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars. This has a lot less steel and moving parts than a standard gripper; I think if this were in the $5 to $7 range, it would be a must have for all gripper enthusiasts. As it stands, it's a bit too expensive for what it does.
