Brazi Bite Approved
I recently purchased this tapioca flour to make my husband's favorite snack, Brazi bites, and I'm so glad I did! The flour worked perfectly and the bites turned out delicious. I will definitely be purchasing this product again. My only wish is that it came in a larger bag, as we only made two batches with the current size. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for high-quality tapioca flour. It's a staple in our household now!

Works for Homemade Boba!
Bought this when the quarantine first started so I could make my own homemade boba (bubble tea). I was a bit concerned buying this because recipes called for starch/flour and this bag says "powder", but it worked perfectly. Figured I would write a review so others knew it worked too!

Great for making gluten-free flour
We used the tapioca flour as part of the gluten-free flour mixture for our reactive family members. The packaging was easy to open, flour was an important part of our mixture. The final product was great, due in part to the quality tapioca product. We will order again

Great product
The product is great, i just wish the "zip lock" seal on the bag was a better quality. I have purchased several different flours and they all seem to have the same issue.

Good product
I used the tapioca powder in a rhubarb pie, and it worked beautifully. I used 4 1/2 Tablespoons of the tapioca powder in place of 6 Tablespoons of flour.

Texturally sound and gets the job done!
Used tapioca starch to make Brazilian cheese puffs: they came out perfect! Chewy texture and nice rise. You can impress your gluten free friends with cheesy bread!
