Lovely batter mix. Really nice on chicken. On my second packet so must be good.would recommend.

Just mix with ice-cold soda water and hey presto - instant tempura batter. I love this stuff. It makes a lovely light batter and you can do it as thick or thin as you like. It's just a no-nonsense effective product and transforms boring vegetables in a couple of minutes.

Fantastic product especially if you are being lazy for a quick quality result, would buy again. Normally make my own but this is so very good.
