Mobile Products Nano Cord .75mm 300ft Small Spool Lightweight Braided Cord

The cord is not able to hold as much weight as promised. I didn’t buy it to hold 100 lbs I bought the cord to have a lot of cord in a compact easy to carry package, and that’s what is is.

It is .75mm thick and rated at 36 pound test. For the money, #7 bank line is about the same diameter and about 700 ft. Per role. Guessing that is 1/4 pound role, some list the #7 bank line as 700 ft others list it at 1500 ft per 1/4 lb. I got this to check it out, however to be honest, I won't be buying this again. I'll stick with #12,36, & 60 bank line.

Very well worth the money.300 ft of this thin, strong cord is plenty for all sorts of applications.It is a single piece, which is what you want.Keep in mind that this is obviously not as strong as 550 cord. It'll do for lighter tasks.You can even weave it in your paracord bracelet for some thinner cordage, instead of using up your paracord or strands of it, making it weaker.

I really like this nanotechnology cord, I was concerned it wouldn't be strong enough to retie some cages back together but it worked perfectly fine. Would definitely recommend this product.

I read the one earlier review that talks about receiving something other than what was described, but I thought that they would surely have fixed the description in the Amazon listing by now. Not so.The only reason I gave this three stars is because the cord really is strong and well made, and I think it will work in my application. It seems like it will be a good purchase.HOWEVER, if you order this, be prepared to receive 300' of .75mm "Nano Cord" (seems to be a brand name, not an industry standard) made by Atwood Rope Mfg. Atwood claims that this cord tests at 36 pounds, though I have no reliable means of confirming the claim. Also disconcerting is the fact that I can find no indication of what kind of fiber is used to make the cord.Look it up on the web, and you'll see that this is the only size and length in which "Nano Cord" is made and sold. That's 75' shorter on the spool and almost twice the cord diameter as what is advertised here. As long as you're okay with that, go ahead and buy this cord. But don't say you haven't been warned....

Fly fishing lures heavy duty thread for back pack tent repair or some such. It is just too small cannot tie knots in it I did manage to tie one bowline knot with it. Once tied that is it there is no reusing cannot see how or even attempt to untie this stuff. Wanted to try it but it is a wash. I see Amazon or the product owner is not allowing 1 star comments on this product. That though is all it deserves.

I like this spool of cord because it will cut w/o fraying. These make beautiful dreamcatchers!
