My Dr. recommended this over national brands and its not gritty, mixes well and best of all it seems to be working!

I love this product. It contains Sun Fiber which trust me, is the only Fiber you should be taking for supplemental. It doesn't bloat you. I also tried another popular brand which was great. The reason this is my favorite is that it also includes some digestive enzymes in it which helps to activate probiotics.

TueFiber dissolves easily. My son takes it without complaining. I even add it to his smoothies.

I have been taking this for a few months. My doc has me taking with a combination of other items, so I can’t say how well this works on its own. But I have no complaints about the product. My only issue is the container. All other powder products with scoops I have used have large opening to scoop out. This has a small opening and is more difficult to get out as you get to the bottom, especially with large hands/fingers. They provide a scoop with a longer handle, but I still have to use my pointer and middle finger only to reach it at the bottom (index & thumb won’t reach). And when it’s full you have to work to bury the scoop deep before the lid will close.With a new wide opening container I would give five stars.

I was always looking for a prebiotic food with less Inulin and this is one of the best i could find. My tummy feels happy after this.
