Useless for pole
I got this for pole fitness, which I’ve been doing for over 10 years. I’d tried Dry Hands at a friend’s house and it was perfect - but this grip was utterly useless. It flakes off the pole almost immediately but stuck to my hands far too much. I nearly got a friction injury from a single spin but still couldn’t climb or invert without slipping. One thing I will say for it is that the hand grip when doing side lifts is exceptional - but that’s no good if the rest of the grip is all wrong.I’ve got a 40mm X-pole in stainless steel.

Would have given up trying to pole if I didn't have this!
I've just started going to pole classes, and after a disastrously sweaty handed first lesson I got some of this. Second lesson was so much better! My instructor said it is better to apply it to the pole but it can dry hard onto it, so I prefer putting it on my hands.

Great for pole fitness
I usually use Dryhands but found I was going through the tiny bottle so quick and its not exactly cheap so thought I would try a liquid chalk. Well so far I've found it really good, I've only had to reapply a few times during class where as with Dyhands I was reapplying for practically every move! (I suffer with very sweaty hands). The bottle is big so should last a long time and therefore works out so much cheaper for me.

Clean and long lasting
I have used the normal block of chalk for years and had never heard of this product until a coach at the gym introduced me to it . I love it, it's so much cleaner than traditional chalk, your gearbag stays clean and no more chalk all over your clothes. grip-wise, it is just as effective as the traditional chalk but it also lasts for the entire session, just one application at the start of a session and you are done, no need to re-apply. you only need a small bit so this bottle should last a long long time.

Pretty good for pole!
I was a bit sceptical buying this as everyone at my pole class DIES BY DRY HANDS but I just wanted to try something as I find dry hands a bit pricey. Honestly this suits me just fine.Any seasoned polers, I did Ayesha using this and I was fine!I find it a little powdery when it dries - i.e. when I clap my hands together chalk dust does come off - but once I've rubbed it into my hands a bit its fine. I am happy to keep using this for pole.

Substandard liquid chalk
Compared to other popular brands, this chalk takes longer to dry and rubs off more easily. I usually have to reapply after every set when using this one. It is also more expensive than other brands (who offer more ml for less cost). It'll do the job, but others do it better.

Bottle issues
The chalk liquid as a product is ok, it does grip reasonably well however is the chalk to stick to clothing etc. However my main issue with this product has been the plastic bottle it is stored in. For some reason the inside base of the cap just fell after a week or so of me carrying it with me to the gym, meaning the lid wouldn’t seal and the liquid was falling out. Unfortunately this has meant I can no longer use this product. Potentially a fault plastic bottle?

Pretty good.
I'm going to say I only have one gripe with this item and that's the lack of little tiny granules inside the mixture, for this price I would expect it to be premium but, alas, it lacks this one thing. It's very smooth and I would have loved it to have the tiny particles inside to make it sligtly (but not uncomfortably) abrasive like some other products I've used. Otherwise a good product and does not leave marks on clothes which is a lovely touch.
